About Lesley Williams

We bought the cottage as a ruin 25 years ago, restored it ourselves and it has been a holiday home for our family ever since. Last year the property was completely renovated. We are keen climbers and over the years have explored most of the routes in the area.

Lovely cottage and great location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a brilliant stay at Frongoch! The cottage was clean and cosy and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend! It's in a great location for anyone looking to head up Snowdon and there's a lovely pub just down the road! We will definitely be looking to return in future.

Lovely cottage in lovely location.

  • 5 of 5

Spent three days, we all enjoyed our stay. Only thing I can say is that it could do with a microwave oven and mirrors in bedrooms for the ladies. Otherwise lovely and clean and well equipped.

Lovely cottage well situated for visiting Snowdon and the area

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is both cosy and spacious having several living spaces. The kitchen diner is well appointed and has great views towards Snowdon.

Communication with the owner was excellent and the instructions sent by email and contained in the welcome booklet are some of the most useful I have ever seen in such a property.

The house is obviously well loved by the owners and well maintained. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet for the duration of the stay but the heating in the property is very good and warms up quickly on arrival.

Lots of lovely touches and would recommend highly.

Lovely cottage with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

We really loved the cottage; it is very cosy and well equipped. This is an ideal place to come to and relax for a few days in front of the fire place, or to use as a base for exploring the mountains and surrounding area.

The cottage was very clean and the owner sent through very detailed instructions relating to our stay, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend!
