This luxurious holiday villa comprises of two floors with three sun terraces. The ground floor is designed with an open-plan lounge, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a combined CD, radio and iPod dock, utility room (with washing machine and microwave), a double bedroom with air conditioning and a separate recently refurbished shower room with toilet. The lounge includes a LCD satellite television giving access to numerous channels including all the terrestrial British channels and DVD player. This room also leads onto a large covered sun terrace, ideal for children and those who are not wanting to tan as they can feel the sun and be protected by the shade. This terrace is equipped with a table and six chairs ideal for those summer lunches and evening drinks.

We are a retired couple from the Northeast of England and love holidaying in Spain

We have 2 small Granddaughters who we love to bring to the Villa for family holidays. They especially adore the pool and would play in there all day.

We fell in love with this property and area as its so close to every amenity possible.

We choose this villa because its in a quite area but within walking distance to beaches, numerous bars and restaurants. Even more so since the new La Zenia boulevard has opened with casino and restaurants, its shoppers paradise as well as a beach lovers haven. If you love Golf then this is an ideal place to be, various golf clubs ear especially Villa martin which is very popular with the keen golfers.

Booking Notes:
£250 deposit to secure booking which doubles as security against any unfortunate breakages whilst staying at the villa. £250 deposit is returned when guests have returned home. Full payment made within 8 weeks of departure.

Changeover Day:
Saturday's.
Arrivals: You can arrive at the Villa after 4pm.
Departures: You must vacate Villa by 10.30am.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. If any days of the rental run into the higher price band, the whole week will be charged at the higher rate.

Full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure
