This luxurious holiday villa comprises of two floors with three sun terraces. The ground floor is designed with an open-plan lounge, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a combined CD, radio and iPod dock, utility room (with washing machine and microwave), a double bedroom with air conditioning and a separate recently refurbished shower room with toilet. The lounge includes a LCD satellite television giving access to numerous channels including all the terrestrial British channels and DVD player. This room also leads onto a large covered sun terrace, ideal for children and those who are not wanting to tan as they can feel the sun and be protected by the shade. This terrace is equipped with a table and six chairs ideal for those summer lunches and evening drinks.

Beautiful villa with lots of amenities, restaurants, shopping centre and gorgeous beach nearby.

Immaculately presented villa. We had a lovely week in Margaret and Rob's villa. We chose not to drive, but found plenty of shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Lovely pool - our two children aged 10 and 8 were in their element! Would definitely recommend the villa to friends.

Fabulous holiday in 5 star Villa

This is one of the best Villas we have stayed in for location and amenities. The owners couldn't do enough for us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We really loved how close to the beach this villa was and how close the zenia boulevard was with all the shops. Playa flamenca centre was also only a ten minute walk and we ate here most nights. Our favourite was the papaya tree and Leonardo's Italian which had been on a place in the sun! We will be looking to book again next year! Thank-you for an amazing holiday!

Stunning Villa

There description about the villa was very accurate, its well maintained inside and out. Its located in a stunning gated private area, its close by for local shops, bars and restaurants which we found by reading the very informative information pack. There is a large supermarket nearby where you can purchase food and very good wine, very inexpensively. We recommend a visit to Flamenco Beach Commercial Centre it has plenty of bars and restaurants which is close by.

There is a fantastic shopping centre called La Zenia Boulevard, this is a must see for all shopaholics and food lovers.

Margaret and Rob provided excellent customer care both before and after our visit, they are very friendly and nothing was a bother to them. We reluctantly handed back the keys vowing to return in the not too distant future. We were recommended this villa by our friends, and so pleased they did as we would highly recommend this beautiful home from home without a shadow of a doubt.

2nd visit to the villa, we love it!

The villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stress free holiday. The surrounding facilities, bars, restaurants and shopping mall cater for all ages and tastes. Having your own pool is also a huge bonus and the beach is not too far away. Every time we have been from being picked up from the airport to going home has been excellent and we would highly recommend using this property whatever age group.

You wont be disappointed

The villa is so homely, the rooms are light and airy. The facilities are exactly as described and the location is superb and the villa was clean and well presented when we arrived.

The owner provided us with very good customer service from the moment we arrived to our journey home and I have recommended the villa to my friend and her family and they have booked up for next year.

We visited the huge market and got lovely fresh food and lots of fresh fruit. There are 2 huge supermarkets within walking distance or take a taxi for a few euros from the new commercial centre with shopping. We also ate out at the new commercial centre there is a wide range of restaurants and had good foot and service. We also took a taxi to Villa Martin one night and had a lovely meal there for a change.

But we did have a few nights in as there is a BBQ, as it was a girly holiday we all took a turn to make supper and it worked well.

Looking forward to our next holiday there.

We fell in love with this property and area as its so close to every amenity possible. We choose this villa because its in a quite area but within walking distance to beaches, numerous bars and restaurants. Even more so since the new La Zenia boulevard has opened with casino and restaurants, its shoppers paradise as well as a beach lovers haven. If you love Golf then this is an ideal place to be, various golf clubs ear especially Villa martin which is very popular with the keen golfers.

Coast/Beach:

5 mins walk at most to several sandy coves.

Travel:

Alicante 50km, approx 35-40 mins by car. Murcia 25km approx 20-25 mins by car.

Point "A" is at the entrance to the cul de sac, go into the cul de sac keeping left until the dead end. We are the villa on the left just outside the tree in the middle of the road and 3rd house from the dead end.

Torrvieja 10 mins drive. Murcia Town 40 mins drive. Alicante Town 40 mins drive.
