Beautifully and conveniently situated, comfortable, ground floor apartment with sunny west facing private patio, in the centre of the picturesque seaside village of Malahide. Located on the Marina with its own independent entrance, adjacent to all amenities incl. supermarkets, shops, fabulous restaurants,pubs, golf (public and private courses), tennis (public tennis courts in the Castle park), fantastic coastal walks, beaches, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing and the magnificent Malahide Castle park and playground. It is also a 2 minute walk from the train station which brings you directly into Dublin City Centre.
Malahide resident who absolutely loves Malahide as it has everything you need. Lives close by and on hand to assist you with anything you need.
The apartment is in the centre of the village and has every conceivable amenity on your doorstep, from pubs, restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches, Malahide Castle & Grounds and many more.
We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was located in a perfect location. We had easy access to the Dart system as well as the bus system. Starbucks was almost at our front door as well as a beautiful marina view. Aoife was readily available for any questions we had. I give this apartment and Malahide a 5 star rating.
We enjoyed this apartment for the month of May. It is in Malahide Marina so it was close to everything. There are more than 20 restaurants in the Marina, 3 grocery stores and 3 pubs. The apartment is also 6 minutes from the train station (DART) and the bus stops. We were able to travel all over using public transportation easily.
The apartment itself is quiet with all the amenities. The internet service is high speed. We made use of the kitchen to cook many meals and found all the essentials present. We also made use of the washer/dryer.
We would recommend this apartment highly mostly for it's location and we would definetly come back here.
Malahide-Just delightful. All essential amenities plus views across the well tended Marina and relaxing estuary. This Apartment is a few minutes walk to train station with frequent service into Dublin. Being a short hop by taxi from Dublin airport (€20 at May 2014) an absolute bonus. Bus service not used but was there in all directions. Wonderful not needing a car. The community website tells the story.
Apt. 244-As described. Photos speak more than words on this modern, well equipped and cared for unit. Train passing near noted, but actually did not interfere with tranquil setting. Gets the 5 stars for having most helpful and, importantly, on hand owners.
Coming from the tiny Channel Island of Alderney you could chop Malahide from the mainland and achieve the same feeling that the 'rest of the world doesn't matter' and do so cosily.
In short, this package is a perfect, instant and safe escape from pressures of living. Arrived, unwound and left refreshed.

Deposit of 20% is required for every booking. And full balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If it is a last minute booking, the balance must be paid in full. A security deposit of €100 is required which will be refunded once the apartment is vacated.
Changeover is Saturday to Saturday during our busy times , we may be more flexible at other times .Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
Notes on prices:
From €565 per week please enquire by email. Deposit of 25% required to secure the booking and the balance t be paid within 8 weeks of arrival. There is an extra charge of €25 per person per week for two people or more. Max occupancy is 4. Wifi is included in this price.
Holidaymakers can pay by Bank Transfer or Paypal
