Beautifully and conveniently situated, comfortable, ground floor apartment with sunny west facing private patio, in the centre of the picturesque seaside village of Malahide. Located on the Marina with its own independent entrance, adjacent to all amenities incl. supermarkets, shops, fabulous restaurants,pubs, golf (public and private courses), tennis (public tennis courts in the Castle park), fantastic coastal walks, beaches, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing and the magnificent Malahide Castle park and playground. It is also a 2 minute walk from the train station which brings you directly into Dublin City Centre.

Notes on accommodation: This is a beautiful newly renovated ground floor apartment with it's own access and direct parking outside. It is been furnished to a very high standard with all the mod cons you need. It has delightful outside west facing patio area, which is very private. There is a double sofa bed which is extremely easy to set up if you wish to be a party of 4. Outside: There is a lovely west facing private patio which is perfect for dining al fresco on those long summery evenings. Utility Room: There is a brand new washer/ dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided for your use.

Excellent apartment in very convenient location

Apartment was clean and well furnished and decorated. Very convenient to town centre. (Actually it is in the town centre !) Outside patio was well used in the hot weather.

Arrived was so disappointed was told a few weeks before that we would have to stay in a different apartment i was taking my parents and granddaughter . I had no bed the sheets where old dirty wet towels on the radiator and bathroom not cleaned . We lasted three nights and had to leave and get a hotel in Dublin city center .

Owner's Response: First of all you did not stay in this apartment no. 244. Admittedly we double booked the apartment, which I apologized profusely for. You knew about this 2 weeks before arrival. I offered to return your deposit or help you look for something else. You said you had tried to get somewhere else but Malahide has very few short term apartments and I knew this. Because of your situation a friend of mine kindly offered her 2 bed apartment for the week. Apartment was cleaned, all sheets were fresh. The towel on the radiator was clean but a little damp but on the radiator to dry. I tried to contact you several times to drop a futon down to the apartment. You ignored my calls and texts thats why you had no bed. Because you were unhappy I knocked €200 off. You then left the apartment with out informing me and also WITHOUT paying the balance of €250 which you owed. I tried to do a good deed by finding you somewhere through an error I made with the booking. You were an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish. In all my years of running this apartment I have never quite encountered anybody like you. Leaving without paying is completely and utterly shocking !!!

This apartment was perfect in every way.

We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was located in a perfect location. We had easy access to the Dart system as well as the bus system. Starbucks was almost at our front door as well as a beautiful marina view. Aoife was readily available for any questions we had. I give this apartment and Malahide a 5 star rating.

Great Apartment that's close to everything.

We enjoyed this apartment for the month of May. It is in Malahide Marina so it was close to everything. There are more than 20 restaurants in the Marina, 3 grocery stores and 3 pubs. The apartment is also 6 minutes from the train station (DART) and the bus stops. We were able to travel all over using public transportation easily.

The apartment itself is quiet with all the amenities. The internet service is high speed. We made use of the kitchen to cook many meals and found all the essentials present. We also made use of the washer/dryer.

We would recommend this apartment highly mostly for it's location and we would definetly come back here.

Malahide-Just delightful. All essential amenities plus views across the well tended Marina and relaxing estuary. This Apartment is a few minutes walk to train station with frequent service into Dublin. Being a short hop by taxi from Dublin airport (€20 at May 2014) an absolute bonus. Bus service not used but was there in all directions. Wonderful not needing a car. The community website tells the story.

Apt. 244-As described. Photos speak more than words on this modern, well equipped and cared for unit. Train passing near noted, but actually did not interfere with tranquil setting. Gets the 5 stars for having most helpful and, importantly, on hand owners.

Coming from the tiny Channel Island of Alderney you could chop Malahide from the mainland and achieve the same feeling that the 'rest of the world doesn't matter' and do so cosily.

In short, this package is a perfect, instant and safe escape from pressures of living. Arrived, unwound and left refreshed.

we really appreciated our 2 weeks stay in Aoife's appartment, everything was alright. The location in Malahide is perfect, near the restaurant, the market, the beach and the dart ! I strongly recommend this location !

As the apartment is situated on Malahide Marina we are surrounded by marvellous beaches for lovely walks.


The airport is only 15 mins away max. Dublin port is about 30 mins away.


The apartment is situated right in the centre of picturesque Malahide Village. With every amenity on your doorstep.

Malahide has a great selection of restaurants including Mexican, Pakistani, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, French, Greek, Thai, Irish, Pizzerias and great pubs that serve good food and a great pint !!!! For the shopper in you we have a lovely selection of boutiques for both men & women. There are 3 banks, doctors, dentists, everything you want is in Malahide.

Changeover is Saturday to Saturday during our busy times , we may be more flexible at other times .Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.

Notes on prices:
From €565 per week please enquire by email. Deposit of 25% required to secure the booking and the balance t be paid within 8 weeks of arrival. There is an extra charge of €25 per person per week for two people or more. Max occupancy is 4. Wifi is included in this price.
