About Hamish Elvidge

We have loved St David's for over 30 years, since our family started camping at Caerfai Bay in 1983. We bought Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages in 2008 and now enjoy a roof over our head on our increasingly frequent visits.

Why Hamish Elvidge chose St Brides Bay, St Davids & The West Coast

We bought Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages, because we love St David's and all it offers... from surfing and sandcastles at Whitesand Bay and walking the coastal path…. to visiting the small harbours, photography, golf and kayaking. There is literally something for everyone!

The cottages are a short walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants, pubs and shops and have a very secluded quiet garden overlooking the Cathedral Bell Tower with wonderful views over Carn Llidi and the surrounding countryside.

What makes this farmhouse unique

Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages are stone built and have everything you need for a wonderful holiday. All the cottages are really well equipped and have been recently refurbished with new bathrooms. Most of our customers are 'regulars' and love coming back year after year.

The cottages are a short walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants, pubs and shops and have a very secluded quiet garden overlooking the Cathedral Bell Tower with wonderful views over Carn Llidi and the surrounding countryside.
