Rosemary Cottage is a 3 bedroom traditional granite Cornish cottage situated in the peaceful and pretty village of Escalls. The accommodation is comfortable and cosy with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of books, CDs, DVDs, videos and board games. There are two pretty gardens and a courtyard which is ideal for BBQ s. Guests notice the homely feel as they walk through the stunning garden room into the cottage. Sennen Cove is a short walk away with its pub, shops, cafes and galleries and there is a post office, fish and chip shop, grocery store and pub in Sennen Village. The cottage is close to the coastal path and there are many beautiful walks in the area. Gwenver is a fantastic surfing beach and there is plenty of room at the cottage to dry surfboards and wetsuits.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Friday. However we do offer short breaks by arrangement out of the main holiday season and school holidays. Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10.30 am on the day of departure and access on arrival day is from 4.30 pm.

Short breaks are available outside of peak season and school holidays.

  • Outside: There are two sunny gardens, one immediately in front of the cottage and the other a few steps away where there is also ample parking. There is also a completely private courtyard which is ideal for breakfasting and BBQs. Garden furniture is supplied. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer housed discreetly at one end of the garden room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (1 bath, 1 hand per person), bedlinen, two tea towels and oven gloves included but not beach towels. 2 pillows per person. Double beds have king size duvets. Bunk beds have single duvets. Thoroughly cleaned on changeovers (Friday). Other: Stunning garden room ideal for relaxing and eating. Table & seating. Family/dining room. Inglenook fireplace, oil stove, table and chairs, sofa, plenty of board games, CDs, DVDs, videos, books, TV with video player. Telephone for incoming calls only.
