Positioned in a prime location this one bedroom apartment which sleeps two (at a small additional charge sleep 3) has been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. The lounge with free wifi access, has a 40" digital colour smart T.V. - 20 plus English Channels, coffee table, ultra modern kitchen - ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, safe. Sun terrace has a table, four chairs with the complex ideally located 250 metres from the beach. A large pool and children's pool on site. Café, bar with pool tables and Sky TV. This complex is ideal for family holidays and long winter lets. On site is a reception where you can arrange tours and excursions too all parts of the island.

Wonderful apartment

Lovely clean apartment, everything you need has been thoughtfully provided by the owner. Nice area, close to the beach, supermarkets and lots of lovely restaurants. The patio is an absolute sun trap with lots of sunshine all day. I agree with previous comment that the sun loungers need cushions. Would strongly recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your kind review. We have had various cushions in the past, but unfortunately they fade badly in the sun and do tend to absorb the suntan oil, and we find that most people prefer to use a lilo anyway. The patio is lovely and sunny and quite private. Thank you very much.

Everything was exactly as described 1st class

The apartment was spotless very comfortable beds we had everything we could have wanted even a hairdryer . Would have been better if the sun lounger had mattress other than that would not have any hesitation in recommending this property perfect for a couple.

We were extremely pleased with the whole experienc

The apartment was in excellent condition as was the whole complex. Excellent pool and cafe bar extremely good value for food drink and prices. Thanks to Joyce for quickly helping us out with the safe problems yes you should read the instructions!

Loads of excellent eating and drinking places within short walk. Good supermarket very close up the hill. Looking forward to our return in March 2016.

Winter sun

My husband and I had a marvellous holiday in Victor's apartment. It has been refurbished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Apartment very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and bus station and 15 minutes from airport by taxi. Would certainly like to return. Many thanks to Eirlys and Joyce for sorting out booking etc. Have already recommended apartment to friends

Apartment very modern and clean. Beds very comfortable.

Complex quiet and clean, very handy for beach, shops , bars and restaurants and Sunday market.

10 min walk to town and bus station.

Let down by the fact that there were no sun loungers on the patio and the chairs round the patio table were very uncomfortable.

Would also have been nice to have a small table and chairs inside apartment for eating indoors.

Any problems were quickly sorted. i.e extra pillows.

A very impressive Apartment

We stayed here in January.I was impressed with everything it was Newley furnished and I hope it is kept that way with other clients.

I have to agree that it does need sunbeds most Apartments have them

I would also like to have seen an extra chair in the Lounge my husbands a tall fellow so found it uncomfortable sharing the sofa with me.

I have to say the sofa is very nice I always covered it to keep it clean.

I have already booked for next December.

The promenade and beach are 250 metres away - 5 minute walk.

For those who like to keep fit you can walk or jog as far as Playa Las Americas approx 3 miles on the beach front .

The harbour is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment and you can catch a ferry to the Island of La Gomera or water ski, jet-ski, para-gluide or book a trip to visit Mount Teide, the dolphins or Lora Parque. Sunday market is only 5 minute walk


The nearest airport is Reina Sophia - approx 15/20 mins from the apartment (25 euros by taxi)

5 minute walk to the beach.

5 minute walk from nearest supermarket - 250 metres approx.

15 minute walk to centre of Los Cristianos.

Further Details:

The centre of Los Cristianos has all types of shops, banks, bars and great restaurants leading down to the fishing harbour and sandy beaches.

There is an outdoor market on Sunday mornings at 9am just five minute walk from apartment towards the promenade.

SPECIAL NOVEMBER OFFER - 25% off list price for weekly bookings during the period 5th November to 16th November 2014. Prices are based on two persons sharing. Additional nights add £50 per night for apartment. *For bookings that fall outside a weekly cycle, a small additional cost of £10 per person will be required for a change of linen and towels. i.e. on a 12 day booking - towels and linen will be changed after 6 days. Guests will find a cafe bar (Cruise Inn 2) on site which serves meals up till 9pm and has three large televisions where all Sports is shown, two pool tables and internet access. The swimming pool is secured at 9pm. The complex is surrounded by gardens and has a perimeter fence. On street parking is available directly outside the complex with no charges. Utility Room: Mop, bucket, sweeping brush, dustpan, clothes pegs and airier kept in storage compartment on terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bath towels provided and is changed weekly. Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels.
