The lounge with free wifi access, has a 40" digital colour smart T.V. - 20 plus English Channels, coffee table, ultra modern kitchen - ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, safe. Sun terrace has a table, four chairs with the complex ideally located 250 metres from the beach. A large pool and children's pool on site. Café, bar with pool tables and Sky TV. This complex is ideal for family holidays and long winter lets. On site is a reception where you can arrange tours and excursions too all parts of the island.

Outside: The communal pool is heated during the winter months. Guests will find a cafe bar (Cruise Inn 2) on site which serves meals up till 9pm and has three large televisions where all Sports is shown, two pool tables and internet access. The swimming pool is secured at 9pm. The complex is surrounded by gardens and has a perimeter fence. On street parking is available directly outside the complex with no charges. Utility Room: Mop, bucket, sweeping brush, dustpan, clothes pegs and airier kept in storage compartment on terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bath towels provided and is changed weekly. Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels. Other: Large terrace with Table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast and your meals outdoors

Very poor management ....

Our stay at this apartment was terrible. Our holiday started with us arriving at our resort. The instructions given were that we call the owners when we landed so we could be met at the apartment to get access. On our arrival we went to the shops for groceries and called to tell them that we would be there in 30 minutes. We got no reply after a few times of calling and also left text messages on 3 different mobiles, all to our own expense. After sitting in the car for about 1 hour outside the apartment we eventually got a call back to say that we were told to let ourselves into the apartment via email, but we did not receive any email about this. Once we eventually got into the apartment we noticed that the extra bed that we paid an extra fee for the hire of, was not there. This bed was for my 15 year old son, which they knew about. I had to phone again to inform her that there was no bed which she seemed quite vague about and said she would get someone to deliver one to us. The cleaner then arrived a short time after at our apartment, with his OWN camp bed and was very apologetic for the ridiculous bed that was provided. The bed that was provided was barely sleepable. The cleaner actually took it upon himself to take down a sun lounger mattress to make it comforier for the duration of our 11 day stay. Once home in the UK I emailed the owners and expressed my disappointment in our stay with them, to be sent back a one line message saying 'sorry you feel that way.' A couple of days after this I had an email and a phone call asking if we removed the safe key from the keyring for the room. This was a bit of a joke seeing as the safe was locked when we got there and could not be accessed for the duration of our stay. I replied to both the owners to tell them this, I also told them that I wasn't happy that i would not receive any sort of reimbursement for a so called bed, and im still awaiting a reply after a month!!! In addition to this the room photos also portrays a view from the sun terrace, but it only looks onto walls and fences. Overall a poor experience in a nice resort in a very good location but shocking customer care.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that you have not had a good holiday in our apartment. We do like to have happy holidaymakers but some unforseen problems can arrise. We have had nearly 200 holidaymakers stay in this particular apartment and there has been a few occasions when there have been minor problems which we can normally deal with there and then. Satisfactory, but could do better

This apartment is presented very clean and tidy, with everything you need to ensure your comfort. Being situated on a lower ground level does make inside a bit dark, but it has a spacious patio which catches the sun for most of the day. The sunbeds are very uncomfortable, as has been mentioned before, but cushions would probably be more trouble than they're worth. Perhaps the sunbeds could eventually be replaced with those similar to the pool area which are easier to lie on.

The lovely pool and sunbathing area, which was one of the reasons we picked this complex, was closed for 6 days, which we hadn't been warned about. The long-stay residents here told us this usually happens at this time of year and we would probably have booked our holiday for a different time had we known in advance. However, the agents said they did not know this was going to happen, so if you are relying on the pool facility you may want to avoid the beginning of May. The agents were however, very helpful with regard to the problem with the safe.

The location here is very convenient for shops, restaurants and beaches.

I will go and buy some more cushions for them until they need replacing and will take your advice and get a similar type to the pool area With regards to the pool being closed for six days of your holiday I can only apologise that we had no idea that this was happening. I make a point at the next community meeting using your experience to show why it would be beneficial for all owners to be informed in advance of events like this that obviously make a difference to a holiday. Apartment Just as described, very clean , great location. Terrace brilliant for sun bathing. Good communication and very easy to book. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need for self catering

Like past occupants of your apartment I can't understand why you supply sunbeds and don't have cushions for them. You can't expect your clients to lie on hard plastic sunbeds. Was surprised to see cream sofa covered in pink patches. Not as seen in your photographs. Apart from that we had a nice stay.

Wonderful apartment

Lovely clean apartment, everything you need has been thoughtfully provided by the owner. Nice area, close to the beach, supermarkets and lots of lovely restaurants. The patio is an absolute sun trap with lots of sunshine all day. I agree with previous comment that the sun loungers need cushions. Would strongly recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your kind review. We have had various cushions in the past, but unfortunately they fade badly in the sun and do tend to absorb the suntan oil, and we find that most people prefer to use a lilo anyway. The patio is lovely and sunny and quite private. Thank you very much.

The harbour is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment and you can catch a ferry to the Island of La Gomera or water ski, jet-ski, para-gluide or book a trip to visit Mount Teide, the dolphins or Lora Parque. Sunday market is only 5 minute walk
