Just 3 miles from the medieval visitor town of Totnes and just 1 mile from the famous River Dart, the cottage provides the ideal convenience of having peaceful rural surroundings and close proximity to the vibrant towns and attractions. The cottage boasts a generously proportioned open plan living and dining room which retains the beautiful oak beamed ceiling, with its charm further enhanced by the romantic wood burning stove for lovely cosy evenings in.

From the cottage in the hamlet of Aish, the beautiful River Dart and village of Stoke Gabriel can easily be reached in 1 mile. The medieval town of Totnes is a charming place to explore and is easily accessible from Aish, just 3 miles away.

Although the main administrative town is Totnes, there are other towns which are probably more popular for visitors, especially those on holiday. We can suggest some great days out from your Torquay base that will give you a flavour of both the hustle and bustle and tranquillity experienced by this region.

Making a Booking:
• To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Short Breaks:
3 or 4 night short breaks are available between Nov - Mar and charged at 65% of the weekly tariff. 3 night breaks - Friday to Sunday, 4 night breaks - Monday to Thursday. 20% of tariff per additional night.
• Changeover Day: Saturday
• Dogs:One to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and will incur an additional charge of £25 per week.
