The apartment is set within the owners villa. This beautiful and comfortable apartment is totally self-contained and private with its own entrance. It has a fitted kitchen, fridge with freezer compartment, oven/hob, fitted microwave and all basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a walk in shower, fully tiled. There are patio doors to the lounge which has a three seater leather settee, flat screen TV (English Free channels) and a DVD player. The bedroom has a double bed, with the window over looking the garden. The garden is well stocked and is for your private use, it has comfortable outdoor seating,umbrella, including table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining and a BBQ area. We will need access to the garden (15 mins) in the evening so that we may water the plants

Relaxing break

We have just returned from a 10 day break staying with Annette and John at their lovely apartment. The photographs and description of the apartment on the website are reassuringly accurate, and the place is ideal for a couple to have a thoroughly relaxing time.

They are ideal hosts, friendly and helpful while still respecting your privacy. The welcome pack they provided was a nice touch and John's recommendation of the restaurant CasaEdy in Teulada was excellent

Cumbre del Sol is a quiet urbanisation with small supermarket and good restaurant and a local pebbly beach, but within an easy drive to Moraira and Javea for sandy beaches, bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here and would return

Our Opinion ...

This apartment is a quaint and compact bolt-hole beneath the owner’s residence.

Upon arrival it was useful to have the rules of the accommodation so thoroughly documented. It was also reassuring to observe how security conscious the owners are - constantly checking - apparently on the advice of the local police.

We enjoyed using the pool during the times we were permitted to use it.

We were also impressed at how religious the owners were about watering their plants every evening.

The local cat was also ever-present and clearly quite at home on the soft furnishings.

Fabulous Holiday

We arrived on Saturday after 3 days of travelling from England on a motorbike, to be met be John and Annette. The first swim that afternoon was much appreciated. The apartment is exactly as described on the website, they have thought of everything you could possibly need and the whole place, both inside and outside is immaculate, you are made to feel very welcome whilst also afforded your privacy throughout the week. John's recommendation for a local restaurant was brilliant and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area as well as having some very relaxing days by the pool.

We would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives without hesitation - absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you could possibly need is provided and the BBQ area in the beautiful garden the perfect way to spend an evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The garden and pool area are immaculate and the views from the pool amazing.

John and Annette were fantastic hosts and we would definitely like to go back for another relaxing week in the future.

Superb accommodation in a beautiful setting

We have just returned from a 15 day stay with Annette & John who are excellent hosts

The accommodation is superb & immaculate throughout.

Total privacy, with a lovely pool.

The garden area, which is for guest use only during your stay is beautiful.

This is one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful place this is. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything you could wish for, including wine! The private garden was gorgeous and steps lead to the pool area which again was completely private and exclusively ours from 10am until 4pm. The views from the pool area are spectacular and from there you can see the local beach which is situated a few minutes away (down a very steep hill). Although we didn't cook, the BBQ area is lovely. There is an excellent supermarket nearby and a really good restaurant next to it. Further afield is Moraira, where there are excellent shops and restaurants - only a 10 minute drive away.

We can't wait to go back. The area is so peaceful and relaxing, and Annette and John are so welcoming, we would highly recommend it.

Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes drive to the villa, Valencia is 1 hour 30 minutes. A car is essential for you to explore the surrounding countryside the local areas have to offer.
