The apartment is managed by P&V Premium and is offered to you directly by the owner at a discount. In winter, in addition to being at one of the largest ski stations in the world, there is bob sledding, skating, and paragliding. In the summer, there is hiking, rafting, horseback riding and skiing the glacier.Year round there are fabulous restaurants and many local events to keep things lively.

There is WiFi in the apartment. This being in the mountains, you may experience much lower speed internet than used at home. There is a pool in the building however this is temporarily unavailable.

The reception staff will escort you to the apartment on arrival and help you with any issues you may have during your stay. They are open all day saturdays till 11pm and 8-12am 5-7pm during the week.

The apartment is in excellent condition, fully serviced with attention to details that you would expect from a 4 Star residence.

We wanted a place for family holidays.

We are a family of five and wanted some additional space to invite our friends to stay.

Some of the best skiing in the world is in Tignes, so when the opportunity came along to buy in one of the most luxurious residence in the resort, we did not hesitate.

Tignes is also great for the summer.

The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep a further 2 persons.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and well located

We have stayed in this apartment building several times already so it is an old, and very conveniently located, favourite of ours, but this was the first time for us to stay in Bruno and Emma's apartment. We found the duplex layout and extra space very welcome, despite having stayed in the other ordinary 3 bed apartments previously. Very homely, clean and comfortable. The basement level car parking and bigger than average ski room with the exit/ entrance straight out at street level in to one of the free bus stops is very welcome, but alternatively it is only a very short walk to the nearest lift. The whole apartment block is also well located for the centre of town with a lift right behind the building that takes you and your skis up to within a couple of hundred metres of the ski school and main shopping / food area; vital when you have whingeing kids who drag themselves as slowly as possible to any sort of school!

We would echo the wifi comment above - much improved on previous years. Many thanks also for the complementary vouchers for the Le Lac Lagon Spa and swimming pool. Emma was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering an Espace Killy escapade.

Excellent Apartment

We have just had a week in this apartment and it was amazing. It is spacious, clean and warm, with a good range of cooking utensils. The apartment is ideally situated with a bus stop to the ski lifts right outside the property. They are free and run every 5 minutes. There is also a lift right next to the building which takes you up to the town where there are a good range of shops and restaurants. Having stayed in ski apartments in the past, the only thing I would say about this managed property is that there is nothing left in the apartment from previous guests (salt, pepper, olive oil etc.) but they leave a pack of kitchen cloths, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, along with soap in each of the bathrooms, so you get the bare essentials. The WiFi in the apartment was excellent too, considering how high we were in the mountains we really did not notice it being slow at all and there were five of us using it! Emma was very helpful with all of my questions. We would recommend this apartment and will definitely be going back.
