Admiral’s House is a lovingly restored naval home from the late nineteenth century standing on a cliff top, less than 100 metres from the beach in the lovely Welsh seaside village of Saundersfoot. This small and popular Pembrokeshire fishing village and seaside resort is just a short stroll from the House and boasts an award winning blue flag beach, traditional shops, pubs and restaurants. Admiral's House with its large sash windows, terrace and decking area offers breathtaking views of Saundersfoot harbour, Carmarthen Bay, the Gower and beyond with one of the most dramatic coastal locations in Europe.

About Nigel Evans

I live in South Wales with my wife Kathryn and have two grown up children working in London and New York. We have run our own business for over fifteen years and love to spend any spare time at Admirals House. We purchased the House in 2008 and have extensively refurbished our second home since then.

Why Nigel Evans chose Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot & The South Coast

We've always loved Pembrokeshire as we both spent our childhood holidays in and around Saundersfoot. We always wanted a dream house on the seafront. Admirals House is so unique and with breathtaking seaviews that we just had to buy it. It is private yet less than 100 metres from the beach, village pub and shop. Saundersfoot is a beautiful seaside village packed with lovely restaurants and pubs and a wonderful starting point for long beach and coastal walks.

Admirals House has a priceless location with outstanding sea/harbour views and is just a short stroll from the village. The House has two large beach facing lounges and offers large families the space for both intimacy and the opportunity for private time.

Outside: Admirals House has a ground floor Decking Area and First Floor Terrace. They provide excellent opportunities to dine al fresco, soak up the Pembrokeshire sun or just prime time relaxation. The areas are well blessed with outdoor furniture and with one of the finest panoramic sea views you'll ever see ! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed Linen, Hand and Bath Towels are provided. Other: The First Floor Lounge with seaview has a leather sofas, high vaulted ceiling, TV, Playstation, IPOD Dock and Professional Bar Football Table. It leads onto a large Terrace with amazing views across the Bay, beach, village and harbour.

Amazing property in the perfect little beach town!

We booked this property for our beach holiday in Saundersfoot, and I highly recommend. The house is perched atop a hill overlooking the beach with a patio with table and couches so you can enjoy the view. The house is large and well laid out so even if you have the house full you don't feel on top of each other or crowded. There are two different living areas - one for tv watching and the other for family conversation/reading/puzzle making. The house is only a four mintue walk from the beach, which is great when you have a haul or small children (or both). We loved that Saundersfoot was so small - easily get around on foot - but there are enough pubs and restaurants to want to stay local rather than going into Tenby. Overall a wonderfully slow pace for a relaxing holiday!

I rented Admiral's House so that my family could help me celebrate my 50th and it was a great decision. The house itself is amazing being very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great and flexible enough for all the comings and goings that take place at different times and the balconies have wonderful views across the bay and perfect for everyone to meet and relax after days out in the surrounding area. To be honest I liked the house and Saundersfoot so much I didn't stray very far! The owner Nigel was very helpful all the way through the booking process and answered all my queries very quickly right up to our arrival. I really can't find fault with anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quality location for a fun weekend.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt by Admiral Jack of a deposit of 30% of the total rent payable. The balance of the rental plus any security deposit is payable to Admiral Jack not less than eight weeks (56 days) prior to the date of commencement of the hiring. If the balance of the total rental payable together with any security deposit is not paid prior to this date Admiral Jack reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit paid.

Changeover Day:
For seven night breaks our changeover day is Saturday. For all other breaks our changeover day is flexible.
