Townhouse in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands - Beautiful Surroundings In Gated Community Close To The Beach, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Etc

This spacious townhouse offers homely, private accommodation in beautiful surroundings very close to all amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful and yet is close to the main street of Corralejo. The house offers unlimited wifi, a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven and dishwasher, a safe, ceiling fans, private sunbeds and outdoor dining/relaxing areas on private, south facing terraces. The windows are fitted with insect screens for your extra comfort. There is a large, 3D & Smart television with a selection of DVDs (and glasses) where British television including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, etc can be streamed. Just across the road are bars with entertainment (quizzes, etc), free wifi and showing of major sporting events, soaps and well known TV shows. There is also a great patisserie with delicious fresh bread and cakes. The townhouse is very close to El Campanario and the new botanical gardens in Corralejo which features a children's park and skate park (for older children). There are a number of blue flag beaches nearby which are sheltered and suitable for families or great for water sports. The Property Managers leave nearby and will meet you upon arrival and are available throughout your stay.

Super Townhouse

The townhouse was very clean when we arrived and Jim and Lesley gave us a full guided tour. It had all the facilities you could ever want and lovely views from the roof terrace. The pool was rather bracing, although it didn't deter our children from going in every day. The pool area was very peaceful and only a few steps away from the house.

The location was ideal for us. It is on the edge of Corralejo but no more than a 10 minute walk to the start of the main strip. The Campinario shopping centre, which contains a supermarket, shops and restaurants, is only a 5 minute walk.

We hired a car at the airport which was very easy and the drive tool around 30 minutes. We used it to visit the Zoo, El Cotillo and Puerto Rosario on days which were cloudy.

Superb villa

This was a last minute decision for us and I found this villa by sheer luck.

Location is pretty good, an easy walk to bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes to the main part of town and 5 minutes to local eateries and supermarket. Very well equipped and Lesley and Jim who look after it are so knowledgable and helpful.

Great views from the roof terrace. So good we have already booked another two trips to this same villa.

We stayed in October 2014 and have never stayed in such a beautiful well equipped apartment. From what we saw this is the best apartment on the complex. It had everything you needed and more. The sofa is huge and so comfy. The furniture is modern. The kitchen was so well equipped you could have baked cakes or cooked a Sunday roast. It also has a huge fridge. The beds all had memory foam mattresses and pillows. It really was a week of luxury. There are no sunbeds round the pool you have to carry the ones from the apt to the very short distance to the pool. Even they were top of the range!! The location is amazing. At the back of the complex is a British supermarket an iris bar and a really good British cafe tiffanys and the el campinaro with shops and bars with live Spanish music is 5 mins away. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Some friends of ours are booked for the summer and we are in the process of booking again for next year. Lesley and Jim who deal with the booking were so helpful and friendly and even arranged our transfers. This place is a little gem!

A totally fully equipped well maintained apartment. We had some problems with the electric in the ensuite bathroom due to extreme bad weather, heavy rain ! The problems were dealt with as quickly as humanly possible.

We would return to the apartment again and would recommend to anyone.

We have been holidaying in Florida but wanted to visit somewhere more accessible within the same latitude. Fuerteventura suited our needs perfectly and we love the quiet surroundings of El Sultan and its location.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Puerto del Rosario at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 0.3 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Corralejo at 2 Kilometres Nearest Golf : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 0.3 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Corralejo at 0.6 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Beaches are within 5-10 minute walk. Some of the beaches are sheltered and suitable for families (with nearby restaurants) and some are blue flag beaches ideal for water sports. The house is very close to the famous sand dunes.


The house is approximately 40 minutes drive from the airport (transfers are available), and 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. No hire car is needed.


The townhouse is very close to all amenities and the main street of Corralejo. Also nearby and within a 5 minutes walk is Baku Water Park, 10 Pin bowling alley, Crazy golf and go-karting. Excursions and adventure activities are readily available. Oasis zoo is the largest on the Canary Islands and there is a free bus there daily. Lanzarote is a 30 minute ferry trip away.

Further Details:

El Campanario is nearby which features a variety of restaurants. daily entertainment, a children's creche and a large supermarket (5 minutes walk). Also nearby is Las Palmeras shopping centre which features gift shops, perfumeries, clothing (including Zara) and sports shops. There are restaurants to suit all palates. Entertainment is available nearby and these include live music, comedy shows (with audience participation), quizzes, bingo and poker games.

Prices above are for 2-4 persons. For additional persons please include £25 per person. We accept payment by bank transfer or by card (via Paypal - a surcharge of 2.5% is applicable as a contribution towards fees). We are happy to accept payment in euros.
