This spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated on the exclusive Cala Dorada private complex. Set in Mediterranean landscape gardens, the resident only facilities include large pool, jacuzzi/waterfalls, children's area and poolside bistro bar. The property benefits from its own private garden area, terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor dining. Within a short walking distance of the apartment are 2 beautiful beaches. The international Cala D'or marina is a 10 minute stroll away. The Val D'or Golf Course is a 10 minute drive away, a challenging and scenic course. Cala D'or is a 5 min taxi ride or a stroll around the marina - or you may like to take the family train that frequently runs between the resorts. The apartment has an open plan living/dining area with breakfast bar and well fitted kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living area and there is also a travel cot available.

Our family has been holidaying in this area for 20 years, it has just the right mix for families and couples alike. The location of the apartment is ideal, there is no need to hire a car as the local bus service is only a 5 minute walk away. The buses go into all the local towns and the beautiful Cala Mondraga beach. There is also a bus into Palma for sightseeing and shopping.

What makes this apartment unique

The property benefits from a peaceful location but with the advantage of all the amenities you will need only a short stroll away. There is a shop opposite the complex selling fresh bread and everything you require for day to day living. 5 minutes walk away there are the bigger supermarkets and all the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic Apartment in a fantastic location

This was our second year staying at this apartment. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. There's a great terrace in its own garden setting which then leads out to the pool area. Loved waking up and sitting out every morning with the paper and fresh croissant bought from the very handy little supermercado across the street. The pool bar is open 12-8 and does nice lunches. It's a great location too, cala egos centre is literally 2 minutes down the road with loads of good bars, restaurants and little shops. I really couldn't think of anything bad to say about this place and I can't wait to go again.

Another brilliant holiday

Richard and I have been staying in this apartment since 2005, we have had many wonderful times here. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has everything you need to make your holiday memorable, it has a lovely garden if you want to sit and relax or sunbathe. The complex is very peaceful and safe for all who stay there with huge swimming pool suitable for children and adults. We see many repeat faces each year and it feels just like home from home. Gwen and Peter are very kind and friendly people. There are plenty of places to eat in Cala Egos and you are not far away from the lovely little Marina of Cala D'or. Can't wait to get back there in October.

Two beautiful beaches a 5 minute walk away.

The magnificent Cala Mandrago beach is a 10 minute drive away as are the many beautiful sandy coves in Cala D'or.


50 minute drive from Palma Airport.


Cala D'or is a 5 minute drive away, or a leisurely stroll around the marina will take 20 minutes. There is also a little train which runs regularly between the local resorts.

The quaint fishing village of Porto Petro with its fish restaurants and laid back atmosphere is 20 mins walk or 5 mins by taxi.

There is also a regular bus service to Cala Mondrago, Cala D'or and the neighbouring resorts.

Further Details:

Cala Egos appeals to couples and families alike, with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Beaches are close by, with tennis courts, racket hire and mini golf five minutes walk away. A supermarket is opposite the complex.
