The apartment is situated on Oasis de Capistrano, east of Nerja town, in one of the most desirable areas of Nerja. The apartment overlooks one of the three shared pools which are for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. From the large terrace you have magnificent views of the mountains and lush gardens, the terrace gets the sun from late morning until the sun goes down. You approach the property up a short flight of steps and then the property is on one level. The large terrace has a built in BBQ and dining table chairs and sun loungers. A wonderful location to spend your summer or winter holiday, ideal for families or couples.

What a great place!

We had a great and relaxing time in this lovely apartment. The facilities are great - everything you could need and more. Once we'd found Julie's restaurant we didn't want to eat anywhere else!

A great stay during spring time

We (family of 2 adults and 2 children of 5 and 7 years) have had a great week of holidays in this apartment! The Oasis parc is amazing, our children have spent a lot of time in the swimming pool (was already rather comfortably warmed up by the sun), and the location of this apartment is excellent: downstairs to the swimming pool, and a nice off the beaten track footpath to the beach (15 minutes). The apartment is very comfortable, and especially the large balcony is great, receiving sun from the afternoon until the sun downs behind the hills.

Highly recommend you stay at this lovely villa

A lovely villa set in beautiful kept quiet surroundings with grass, palm trees and fragrant flowering shrubs. The villa was clean and spacious and had everything we needed the views across the swimming pools and balcony were lovely. The villa was very close to the pool which had a life guard and was open from 10am until 8pm it did not get very busy and was very relaxing. The small bar by the pool opened from lunchtime through until early evening, we did eat once from the bar menu but didnt eat there again !, but there are plenty of places to eat by the supermarket and along the beach. The welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated. The beach was a 10 -15 minute walk away as there was a steep dirt track to walk up to come back to the villa we tended to get a taxi back which cost us just over 7 euros. The restaurants and bars along the beach were well worth going to and the food and drinks were very reasonably priced. The supermarket was a 10 minute walk up the hill. As we did not have a car we tended to either walk or use the local bus and taxi services. The town of Nerja was lovely and came alive at night time. The beach area and town of Nerja had not been spoilt anyway by tourism. Whilst there we visited the local market, aqua park, and caves. We felt very safe on the complex and had a fantastic relaxing holiday. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no air conditioning or wi fi in the apartment, (wi fi and air conditioning was found in most of the bars/restaurants and local hotels bars) this comment has no reflection on our experience I would not hesitate to go back to the villa again.

A holiday haven in the sun.

On arrival during the evening, it was nice to have a welcome pack of some provisions to tide us over until we could visit one of the two supermarkets in the local vicinity (5 mins by car). Being able to park close to the property was a bonus. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The terrace was lovely, catching the sun from morning until early evening. It was private in that it isn't directly overlooked by any other property. Burrianna beach is close to the apartment, can be reached on foot although the hills are quite steep. The property is surrounded by palm trees in the well maintained gardens and directly overlooks the main swimming pool, but there is little or no noise disruption from this. At this time of year, the complex was peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. To this end, we have already booked for next year. Can't wait.

Wonderful Oasis!

This is a lovely apartment that we have visited many times over the years. It is well equipped, spacious, nicely decorated and with a large balcony overlooking the mountains and pool. It is perfectly situated, just a short stroll down to the many bars and restaurants along the beach. I can't fault it and hope to return soon!

From the Owner

We bought property after touring Andalucia and staying in Paradors, we stayed in Nerja for a couple of nights and fell in love with the area. Whilst it caters for tourists, it is very much still 'Spanish' with lovely tapas bars and restaurants and the locals are so friendly. We looked at several properties, but once we had visited Oasis de Capistrano community we waited for a property to come onto the Market here as the location in the tropical gardens was so lovely, everything is so well kept including the gardens, pools and each owner keeps their own property in excellent order.

Activity and Interests


The nearest beach is Burriana which is a 10 minute walk via a track to the rear of the property or alternatively a 5 minute drive, here you will find numerous beach bars and restaurants for all tastes. During the summer months lifeguards are present. You can hire sunbeds.

The supermarket is 10 minutes walk and the town 5 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk, there is also a bus which stops at the top of the community and goes into town.


The nearest airport is Malaga which is approx 50 minutes transfer time.

We never get tired of coming to the apartment for our family holidays, we get the same excited feeling each time. The community is well situated for the beach and the town and supermarkets, and if you have a car its a great base for exploring the I whitewashed villages such as Frigliana or visiting the caves, or further afield to Granada. Bedroom 2 has two single beds There is a travel cot and a hairdryer for your use. Both bedrooms have airconditioning/heating units.

  • Outside: The gardens are beautiful all year round and maintained to a high standard, as are all the properties on Oasis which is one of the reasons clients return year after year. There are two pools and a children's paddling pool, these can be accessed by showing the pool pass which can be found in the apartment. There is a well stocked fish pond at the top of the community. There is a community office on site. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (except beach) are provided. The property is cleaned on a weekly basis to a high standard (this includes a linen change) The client is responsible for maintaining this. Other: The dining room has dining table and chairs which can seat up to six people. There is a high chair available. From here, you can access the terrace, and there are wonderful views over the gardens.
