Fisherman's Cottage is situated only a two minute walk away from Cromer Pier and Blue Flag beach. The Famous Cromer Pier is a Grade II listed, 151 metre long traditional Victorian pier, Award winning Pier of the Year for 2015 by the National Piers Society. One of only five UK seaside pier’s with a full working, flourishing theatre and home to the only end of pier show of it’s kind in the World!

There is a working RNLI lifeboat station and museum and there are plenty of excellent walks along the cliff top trail or along the beach to either Overstrand to the south or to East and West Runton to the North.

Cromer

Annual events include the Folk Festival in May, Carnival Week (held during the third week in August), and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day.

Coast/Beach:

The Coast Hopper bus provides a regular hassle free service round the picturesque coast where you may 'hop on' and off at such beautiful coastal villages as Cley, Blakeney and Morston and connects with boat trips to visit the seals.

Distances:

The railway station is just a short walk away with connections to Norwich, the Broads and Sheringham. Catch a bus or drive to the Georgian town of Holt, 15 minutes away. The fine city of Norwich with its excellent shopping malls, theatre, cinema complexes, cathedral, castle museum, plenty of inns and restaurants is only 20 miles away.

If you manage to exhaust the many options available to you in Cromer other attractions include the wonderful North Norfolk Steam Railway at Holt, famous for its 40's re-enactment weekends held in September,the Splash Aqua Pool at Sheringham,the National Trust Sheringham Park for walks with wonderful views, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall.The RSPB nature and bird reserves at Cley and Blakeney are also very popular. Daily boat hire and river trips are available on the famous Norfolk Broads just a 30 minute drive away.

Booking terms:
25% non refundable deposit at time of booking with full payment to be made at least 40 days before the start of the rental period.

Pets:
Pets are allowed at Fisherman’s Cottage subject to the property owner’s agreement. All pets must be house trained and the number and type of pet must not exceed what was agreed at the time of booking, otherwise a breach of contract will be deemed to have taken place.

Pets must not be left unaccompanied in the property at any time and must not be allowed on the beds or furniture. The holidaymaker shall be liable for all damage caused by his/her pet or any pet belonging to the holidaymaker’s party. A charge will be made for any additional cleaning required. The property owner cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a pet during their stay.

Check-in and Check-out:
The property must be vacated by 3pm on the day of departure. Late departure will result in an additional charge being made. Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided once full payment has been received.

Number of guests:
If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Sub letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.

Pricing:
Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. Prices Include: Bed, Linen & Towels. All Electricity & Heating.

Liability:
The property owner takes no responsibility for the personal possessions of the holidaymaker or the holidaymaker’s party. Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the holidaymaker.

Miscellaneous:
Whilst every care is taken to provide a true and accurate description of the property, over time, alterations are made and some things do change. The holidaymaker accepts that no refunds are available for such discrepancies.
