Ideal location, great town house.
About the Owner
"From the start of booking to the return of our deposit the owner has been top class. His one concern being that we have everything we need plus giving very helpful advice for trips, eating etc." Trip Advisor 5 star review.
"One more thing – the proprietor, Will Sanderson, is a true gem and the ultimate in hospitality. He very patiently acquainted us with the nearby town, showing us the supermarket, fish store, the better bread store and the not-so-better bread store, the best place to get local wine and the restaurants and night spots. Then, going one step beyond, he stepped in to help us through a medical emergency and assisted us in arranging some emergency flight plans, for which I am most grateful. If you book this villa, consider Will one its assets." Trip Advisor 5 star review

Ideal location, great town house.
Will was helpful and explained everything so settling in was easy. It's a lovely house with views to die for. Located in the centre of the old town it was a perfect base for our holiday. The property was clean and well presented and I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a base for exploring Ostuni, one of the friendliest towns in Italy.
Stylish, clean and in a fabulous location
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the very beautiful city of Ostuni. The location of the property is quite magical with great balcony views of the Adriatic on one side and stepping straight out on to a quaint narrow white street on the other side! The house itself was very tastefully furnished and very well equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning as a refuge form the heat and found the shaded balcony the perfect place to sit and eat and enjoy a glass of frizzante.
Ostuni is a wonderful place with numerous restaurants to choose from and some interesting history and culture. Our older teenagers enjoyed the freedom of being in the centre of the town which was lively in the central square in the evenings but felt extremely safe and welcoming. It's nice to get away from cars although be prepared to walk up a lot of steps from your car with your food shopping! Good exercise!
Will was very pleasant and helpful and clearly has the formula for providing what's needed for a great holiday. We're all missing Ostuni now and would love to go back!
Great Ostuni House
It was great to stay in an authentic Italian house in the centre of Ostuni old town. We stayed in Ostuni for 10 days as our son was getting married there. The property was clean & well maintained & was right in the middle of the old town very close to some wonderful restaurants & classy bars. The owner (Will) met us and put us at ease straight away with his friendliness & was very helpful. Other members of our family also stayed in other properties owned by Will & they were all as impressed with their property and host as we were. We would without hesitation recommend this property to family & friends.
Cheers Will for a fantastic stay.
Wonderful holiday lovely house great host
What a wonderful holiday. The house has great character and is in the historic centre of Ostunii lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Will ,the owner, was so welcoming when we arrived. He could not have been more helpful but was never intrusive. Our holiday was so fabulous we definitely want to pay a return visit.
Wonderful apartment in the Centro Sturico medieval part of Ostuni. Breathtaking views from terrace over Adriatic. Excellent recommendations from Will, the owner, who is on hand to give advice when required, for restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very quiet despite being in the midst of the old town. Ostuni not far from other picturesque towns such as Locorotondo and Caravigno in the area but Ostuni itself is the gem.
A great place to relax, eat good food and drink local wine at affordable prices. Try the Gipas 111 cocktail bar two minutes walk away near the cathedral. The owner knows how to make a cocktail.
Ostuni is a fantastic little genuine town with nice restaurants, populous squares and lovely atmosphere.
The apartment was perfectly located in the old part along a narrow walking street and a couple of nice restaurants around the corner. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, newly installed air conditioning in all rooms, a balcony and a large roof terrace. Top class.
We had a car with us and took us easily to the sea and all fantastiks beaches. Here we recommend the Riserva Naturale Torre Guaceto which is a fantastic nature reserve with wonderful beaches and Il Capitolo if you want a little more pulse.
Will is the perfect host very keen that we enjoyed and that everything worked. When the main power went (you should not wash clothes, run the oven, iron, dry hair and have all lights lit simultaneously;) he came after five minutes and showed us where the power switch was.
A perfect staying and we will absolutely return.

Ostuni, the "Citta Bianca" is a magical place especially in the evenings. The architecture is a mix of all things southern Mediterranean. It looks like a north African town. Eating, drinking and relaxing out in the open air late into the night is a joy, for all ages. In July and more so in August the main Piazzas of Ostuni and Carovigno have live entertainment of all sorts of high quality, culminating in the Saint Oronzo horse parade in Ostuni on August 25/26th. Martina Franca has an Opera festival in July. Ostuni and Carovigno are working towns that operate all year round. This is a mainly agricultural area. Northern Puglia grows most of the dram wheat for the pasta of Italy, & the region makes as much wine as Australia but, this particular area is best known for it's olive oil. Olive tress are everywhere which give the view a green 'carpet'. The soil here is highly fertile and wonderful vegetables are available. The Markets tend to be on different days in different towns. Carovigno's is Tuesday morning, Ostuni has a full market on a Saturday morning and a vegetable market on a Wednesday morning. There are good supermarkets and smaller specialist grocers, butchers, fish vendors, cheese makers, wine, and fresh pasta shops in both towns.
There are blue flag beaches within a ten minute drive, (visible from the roof terrace,) and many other lovely beaches and coves to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe. In the summer evenings the coastal villages come alive with music, street vendors, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars.
The beautiful Baroque towns of Lecce, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and the Famous Trulli of Alberobello are all a short drive.
