This well equipped 1-bed ground floor apartment has an ideal location on this sought after complex of Sirena Sunrise. The furnished large private patio allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find your own private sun loungers and sun umbrella. The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including TV, seating area with two leather sofas (2 seater and 3 seater), dining area and kitchen. The single bedroom is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes with integral mirrored vanity unit which has hairdryer and hair straighteners provided so you have that extra space in your luggage. The bedroom benefits from air-conditioning and the lounge has a ceiling fan and dimmer light. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length bath and overhead shower. The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped with the provision of free WiFi to enable you to stay in touch with everything that’s going on and watch UK TV. We are just a short stroll to the bars, restaurants and town centre/harbour. We are also on the bus route (bus number 603) which comes roughly ever 20 minutes throughout the day.

We love the position of the apartment on this very sought after complex, especially as it is a ground floor with loads of outside space. This is a very spacious apartment with full patio doors to both the lounge and the bedroom. The complex if very well maintained with an on-site property management team.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very well located as it is less than a 15 minute walk to the Paphos Harbour area and its on the bus route. We provide air conditioning, WiFi and UKTV at no extra cost and provide all bedding and beach towels too. There are also a hairdryer and hair straighteners. We also provide a safe to stow your belongings.

On a well maintained complex with shared swimming pool. It has a good sized outside patio area and sun lounging terrace and BBQ facility. The apartment is furnished to a good standard. All windows & patio doors have fly screens fitted. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, banks, restaurants, tavernas and places of historical interest. The apartment is competitively priced and is furnished to accommodate 2 persons. This is a non smoking property. Outside: Situated on the inside of the complex facing the swimming pool, the apartment benefits from the sun all day. A patio seating set which accommodates 4 with table and sun umbrella and sun loungers are provided. A small BBQ is provided to enable you to prepare your food outside and stay with the company! The patio area has been extended so that you have 2 distinct areas - one for seating and the other for sunbathing. Utility Room: Clothes airer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket. We provide a hair dryer, hair straighteners so you don't need to burden yourself with bringing these extra items in your luggage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. 2 week bookings and longer have additional linen provided for you to change your own sheets - no additional cleaning or maid service is provided, This can be arranged and paid for locally. Other: The dining area has a 4 seater dining table and chairs.

PEACEFUL AND RELAXING

A comfortable and well equipped apartment ideally located within this peaceful and well maintained complex. There is a spacious private terrace with table, chairs and umbrella together with sun loungers however, should you wish to sit round the pool, which is literally just steps away, there are communal sun loungers and umbrellas provided.

The complex is ideally located for a pleasant stroll to the water front and harbour with its assortment of restaurants, bars and shops. There are two supermarkets within a short walking distance with the more comprehensive supermarkets in the town.

Thank you James for your quick and efficient service and we would have no hesitation in returning to your lovely apartment in the future.

Absolutely perfect for our first visit to Cyprus

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved the island and the resort. This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and my husband. Loads of space for two people and equipped with everything you need.

Ground floor and just steps from the beautiful pool, the apartment has a very generous terrace area with private sun loungers, table and chairs and an umbrella for shade. The complex is fairly small, calm and peaceful and kept spotlessly clean.

Everything you need is just up the road. A lovely taverna serving good food at very competitive prices, two small supermarkets and the bus stop for the bus which takes you to the harbour or to the old town.

The only reason I gave four instead of five stars was because it was very hot while we were there and we would have appreciated full air conditioning. However we appreciate that this would have come with a much higher price tag and it certainly will not prevent us from recommending this little gem of an apartment to others or indeed from returning ourselves.

Our second visit to this lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment on a well kept complex.

It has everything you need for a good holiday including comfortable beds, internet and catchup tv.

It is well situated for walking to either the seafront or the old town.

James the owner is prompt and efficient.

We love it so much that we going again next year.

Great location and apartment!

The apartment had everything we needed and more - it is close to amenities with 3 24 hour kiosks nearby and a short stroll takes you into Paphos itself or you could use the bus service which is just up the street. The property was very well presented, clean and fresh. The contact with the owner was first class and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope it is available when I next holiday in Paphos - Thanks very much for the use of your facility really do appreciate it.

Really good property quiet location

The property is well equiped. The pool area is well eqiuped with sun beds and unbrellas.

The residents were friendly.

For me far too many cats around a complete no no for me.

Would stay again as it is very handy for everything. Despite the cats.

Busy complex approximately 15minute walk to the harbour

We stayed here for eight nights at the end of August 2016. Initially the complex was very busy with lots of children. The apartment is basically as shown in the photos. Some areas do require attention eg the cleanliness of the blind to the hallway outside, the decking outside also needs some attention as it is lifting and dangerous. A few of the kitchen utensils need replacing eg scissors and can opener. These things however will not hinder your stay. The Garden area is a sun trap so you will have sun on it for most of the day. The only real negative is that if you have a late flight and are unfortunate enough to be unable to keep the apartment on there are no toilets or proper shower facilities and nowhere safe to store your luggage.

Coast/Beach:

Close to local beaches. It will take about 15 minutes stroll down to the local beaches or the harbour area. The centre of the main town is about 7 minutes where you will find many bars, restaurants, banking facilities, shops and the harbour area which is of historic interest. The walk is generally flat and very safe.

Travel:

Paphos airport is approximately a 20 minute drive by car. Larnaca airport is approximately a 90 minute drive (mostly motorway). A hire car is not essential but if you do plan to tour the island, it does give you more flexibility. There are regular bus services to Limassol (approx 1 hour away), Nicosia (approx 2 hours away) and the Troodos mountains. The beautiful beaches of Coral Bay are approximately 30 minutes away by bus and much less by car. Polis & Latchi are also about 1 hour away.

Distances:

It is a 15 minute walk to Paphos old town where a daily morning market is held and to the old castle/harbour area with its many eateries, bars, banks and shops of all descriptions. Tombs of the Kings is approximately 15 minutes by bus or a healthy half hour walk. There is now a new bus terminal in the centre of Paphos near the castle. The airport is only a 20 minute car drive away.

Further Details:

The apartment is centrally located providing easy access to the surrounding restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and bars. There are 4 late night shops (kiosks) within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The larger supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away towards the seafront/harbour area. As the new bus service is right outside the door this will take you to the harbour where you can transfer to the main route to travel further afield like the covered market area or Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches and the waterpark which is an excellent day out. The new bus terminal near the castle makes for easy transfers to and from the airport and is very cheap.
