The property is just a short 5 minute stroll to the village centre which bustles with typical French finesse. The morning coffee and croissant, the local bars and restaurants, the weekly market and the superb local wines are all on the doorstep. Plan de la Tour is just a 10 minute drive to the coast at Ste Maxime and just a few minutes more will bring you to Grimaud, St Tropez or Ramatuelle. The Villa has been totally renovated between 2011 and 2013. The villa is set within mature gardens and offers large spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms. Stunning double Pools wrap around the Villa and with huge stone terraces and teak decking, outside living is a joy. The modern villa boasts, Air conditioning throughout, WiFi and English Sat TV. The Villa is furnished with handmade Italian fittings, Grohe bathroom fitments and designer Linens by Catherine Lansfield. There are flat screen TV's and DVD players in the lounge of the property and in the master suite.

Excellent location to take in the historic villages of Grimaud, St Tropez, Ramatuelle, this list goes on.

If browsing markets is of interest then most villages have one day a week set aside. For Plan de la Tour it is Thursday, Port Grimaud is Sunday. More information can be obtained through our concierge service.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest coast and beach is at Ste Maxime, just a 10 minute drive, but there are dozens of excellent beaches within 20 minutes

Travel:

Nice Airport is 1hr15mins drive. Airport collection is available on request.

The nearest village is Plan de la Tour, the centre is a 5 minute walk. The nearest large town is Ste Maxime which is a 10 minute drive.

Further Details:

Plan de la tour boasts 7/8 restaurants, a bar, a creperie, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, launderette, garage, newsagent, supermarket, vegetable shop and butchers and bakers, in fact pretty much everything you could want.

Ste Maxime offers everything else, from casino to cinema, from disco to Aqualand!

  • Notes on accommodation: The property is a modern design with stone floors, wood decks and modern furniture, totally suitable for families as well as adult only groups. The pools are direct from the lounge, kitchen and dining room, so families with young children are urged to remain vigilant at all times. There is plenty of parking, plus an under croft double garage. Air conditioning is available throughout the property and is a must in the summer months. Outside: The property offers gas BBQ facility, plenty of open terraces, seating areas and covered areas also. There is ample exterior furniture both for lounging and dining. The pools are 6 x 12 and 5 x 10 and are linked together. The pools have underwater seating, water jets and are maintained on a weekly basis. Utility Room: Double washing machines and double tumble driers for use by guests plus ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included in the rental and are changed weekly. Additional services are on hand should they be required Daily maid service, breakfasts, chef for evening meals, full concierge service and Airport runs. Don't be afraid to ask! Other: The open plan living provides large doors from all rooms to the outside where the rattan furniture caters for all options from formal dining to poolside lounging. The traditional oak dining room table will cater for 8 when you have had too much sun!
