Modern, luxury one bedroomed apartment with direct access to the development’s large communal pool. There is a large sunny patio with built in BBQ which looks on to the pool, children’s play area, garden and small gym. The apartment has home from home benefits such as smart tv, wifi, Creature iPod speakers(just bring iPod/iPhone), IPTV box(BBC, ITV, Sports channels etc) and DVD. Air con will keep you cool during the summer months and warm in the cooler months. It is situated in a quiet residential area although it is within minutes walk from the Marina and the old town centre with it’s tremendous range of shops, restaurants and bars. The beautiful long beach of Meia Praia is only 10mins walk past the Marina, and the town beach of Batata only 10 minutes. The apartment is very close to the Bus Station and the Train Station for those who don’t want to hire a car and for car users there is an allocated space in the secure underground car park. There are 3 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for a couple, however with the sofa bed would be suitable for up to 3 people. It is ideally situated for town and beaches and with the air conditioning it can be occupied throughout the year. It is a good base for golfers with excellent courses within 15 minutes drive. There are great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. If you require detailed information on beaches, things to do or the golf courses then please do not hesitate to ask. Quality Assurance - this property has an official Tourist Licence and is legal to rent ref no 4432/AL therefore as in hotels the law now requires we obtain our guests full name details and passport details. Outside: Large 25 metre swimming pool, landscaped gardens with paved sun areas and beds, children's play area and small internal gym. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Towel/linen change and clean at end of first week for a two week stay. Property care by local English management company (meet and greet available at small extra cost). Other: The patio leads directly onto the pool and catches the sun all morning through lunchtime and up to early evening at certain times of the year. It has a Sofa and coffee table with matching chairs, 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs with umbrell

Beautiful apartment with everything you need close at hand. The apartment is spotless and the owners have anticipated everything you might need. The town centre is within 8 - 10 minutes walk and the Marina is 5 minutes away. There is lovely pool area just outside the apartment and Fresco's does great lunches - we ate there every day. Highly recommended.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

We've just returned from a 10 night stay in Jim and Margaret's beautiful apartment. If you've booked this to stay in you will not be disappointed. It's in a perfect location. We love walking and this is central for everything. 5 minutes to the Marina and 5 minutes to the Old Town. This was our first 'Owners Direct' experience and we had lots of questions before we travelled. Jim was a fountain of knowledge and happy to answer any queries. The information pack at the property was very informative and helped us make the most out of our stay. The pool area is beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Home from home

My husband and I had a very enjoyable 11 nights stay in this lovely apartment. It is very central for the town centre and with 2 supermarkets 5-10 minute walk away what more can you ask for.

It is very nicely decorated with all amenities and a lovely large balcony to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks. We enjoyed the walk to the marina and the beach as Lagos is a beautiful resort. The welcome essentials we received were also very much appreciated. The owners have also made up a very clear and precise pack of information on the area which was very useful to us as we visited many of the restaurants recommended in this pack. We also used the train timetable in the pack and took a train ride to Portimao for the day.

This is a beautiful resort and a very peaceful and well looked after complex and would certainly recommend for couples and families as it has a very safe swimming pool and children's play area.

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Slide and Splash – a water slide park with a huge variety of slides, roughly a 30 minute drive from Lagos

Zoomarine – an acquatic zoo with various animal shows: dolphins, sharks, sealions, parrots. Roughly a 40 minute drive from Lagos.


The beaches in Lagos are considered some of the best in the Algarve, and there are 9 to chose from in total. Meia Praia has is good for sporting facilities and restaurants. It is ideal for children and stretches for 4 km and lovely for a late afternoon walk. Praia da Batata is the closest to Lagos town. It is very sheltered and is divided into smaller coves, accessible by holes in the rocks. Praia Dona Ana is surrounded by cliffs and is regarded as the most picturesque.


Faro airport is a 50 minutes drive, mainly toll motorway (non toll also but slower). Car hire is not essential as you will be close to the beaches , Marina and town. Also minutes walk from the bus station and train station.


50 miles from Faro, 114 miles from Lisbon and 150 miles from Seville.

Further Details:

There are 2 supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance of the apartment. The many bars and restaurants of Lagos town are within easy walking distance.

Flexible changeover days. Arrival 3pm and departure by 10 am, however we will be flexible with arrival and departure times whenever possible.
