Exceptional property in a really great location

We are 9 friends who have a reunion in November every year. We didn't think we could top the house we rented in Sitges last year but we did manage it with this gorgeous house. It is a fabulous property and slept us all without anyone having to have a sofabed. Very clean and well maintained. Stanislav was brilliant at communicating with me prior to arrival with clear instructions on where to get off the airport bus (very quick journey) and how to find the property and he was really helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent for exploring Palma. I would highly recommend staying here for a big group or two families. Just one word of advice - if you want the pool heating it is best to let them know in advance. Thanks Glyn and Stanislav - we had a brilliant weekend.

Wonderful house

I rented this wonderful place for my 50 years birthday,With 7 of my best friends. We all had a Great time.

The house was even better inn real like. Stanislav,the man who showed us the house was very helpful and sympatic.I hope that i can rent this place another time.And i will definitely recommend this house.

Excellent

It's a great place to stay and we'd be happy to return at any time. We were well looked after, with the owners making it clear they would help us with anything we needed. The location is fantastic - central. The quirky staircases leading you round a number of levels meant that 7 of us were well roomed and could choose from a variety of seating areas, inside and out, for card, dining, chatting, whatever. The kitchen also had everything we needed.

Fabulous

We have just returned from our stay in Pelleteria and I can't wait to go back. The house is one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever stayed in. It's luxurious, so tastefully decorated and furnished and lovely views over the roof tops of Palma.

There is also a roof top terrace which I don't think features in the photograghs, which is a lovely place to sit and have drinks.

I would definitely recommend this property. Stanislav was so helpful he met us at the property and nothing was too much trouble. Also Glyn was so quick to respond to any queries and issued us with a great information pack about the local area, which is also great- the old town of Palma is beautiful, also the pack listed lots of restaurants which had been tried and tested.

The local shop sold some great wine and was so cheap.

Longing to return.

Fantastic house with incredible service!

We have just got back from the most incredible time staying at Pelleteria 9. The house is one of the most beautiful we've stayed in and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely hosts, Glyn, Stanislav and Andrew.

The house has such a unique layout, with beautiful views and the attention to design detail is very impressive. It was a fabulous base for a very busy celebratory weekend in Mallorca!

From our first contact with Glyn, the help and advice we received in organising a surprise weekend for one of best friends was exceptional. Restaurant reservations, rooftop cocktails, a magical private boat trip around the island (which we'll never forget), multiple transfers for our large group...they all went out of their way to ensure we made the most of our 3 days and had the best time. Special thanks to the lovely Stanislav for being on call for us all weekend and helping us out with directions, airport transfers and generally making sure we were all settled and having lots of fun!

We'll be back to Pelleteria 9 without a doubt. And in the meantime, we'll be recommending the house to all of our friends and family.

Thank you Glyn, Stas and Andrew for one of the best weekends; we have such magical memories and many many photographs! Now to save up for a trip to Glyn's Cape Town pad... :-)

A privilege to stay here

This house is a joy. You don't normally even get a peek behind the solid wooden doors and shutters of the old town in Palma. With 9 Pelleteria you get to sample living there and in superb style. The house is five floors of quirky, cool luxury. Take the spiral staircase from the bijou and charming annex and pool on the ground floor, passed a double and a twin to the spacious sitting room and dining terrace on the third then up to the master suite and another twin and finally on to the top floor to the gorgeous roof terrace. Fittings are of the highest quality the bathrooms are sublime, the kitchen is fully quipped and has a Nespresso machine - yay! Perfectly positioned for a stroll to the beach or into the heart of Palma we loved, loved, loved it. All nine of us (two couples, four children and Nanna) were easily accommodated and the wifi coped with numerous devices. The little pool soothes and cools after a day of exploring. The info pack is really helpful in terms of restaurant recommendations - thank you Andrew, Lynn and Glyn

  • Notes on accommodation: The house has electric radiators and reverse cycle air conditioning in all bedrooms. Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost on request. A DVD player is provided. Secure garaging for 1 medium size vehicle is available (or 2 small cars). You are only a few minutes walk away from the centre of the Palma Old Town and Palma beach but living in a very tranquil area. The house is ideal for guests who do not wish to use a car during their stay. Wifi access and complimentary local and national calls (excluding mobiles and other special numbers) is provided. We have a no smoking and no pets policy. Outside: All areas are private. There is a entrance patio. 2 terraces one on the dining level and a sunbathing roof terrace. A small swimming pool with swimjet which can be heated surrounded by the old 15th century city wall. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The rates include weekly cleaning, towels and change of bed linen for up to 8 people and welcome pack on arrival.
