Villa in Jardines de Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Very Peaceful Location Close To Both The Town Centre And The Main Beach

The luxury detached Villa is situated within the acclaimed Jardines de Nerja Urbanisation in Nerja; an oasis of beautifully maintained properties and gardens. Well equipped and modern, it features 3 good sized bedrooms to sleep 6 people, however, there is plenty of space in the games room if you want to erect an additional 2 camp beds for the kids. The Villa has a large enclosed garden and two terraces. It is quiet and commands excellent mountain & sea views. The Villa has a floor area of 250 square metres on three floors and the property features quality furnishings and marble and tiled floors throughout. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The bedrooms on the lower level stay relatively cool in summer. The shared pool is excellent and can be accessed from the lower level. There is a choice of half a dozen restaurants within 1km of the villa.

We have just returned from a gorgeous trip to this beautiful villa. The villa really is as nice as it looks! It's very big and loads of space. The pool was really warm and my husband was delighted with the safety of the place, between the enclosed garden and the pool is also enclosed with railings. Our youngest is only 2 so we had great peace of mind. There are no inflatables allowed in the pool, which we are used to when going on holidays but the kids got used to that pretty quickly. The owner was incredibly helpful and didn't seem to mind my incessant questions! There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived, which was a nice touch. It is very, very uphill so beware, but taxis are plentiful and only €7 in to the town. The blue bus goes every hour from only a few feet away from the door for only €1 per person. The supermarket is about 8 minutes walk downhill and they deliver which saves the walk back uphill with the heavy groceries! I would definitely recommend this beautiful place. You won't be disappointed.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is Burriana and it is about a twenty minute walk downhill but a strenuous walk back up. By car or taxi it is about 5 minutes. Parking near the beach could be a problem in summer. There are many restaurants, bars and shops next to the beach

Travel:

The Villa is about 70km from Malaga Airport and the journey mostly on motorways takes 50 minutes.

Distances:

We are only a five minute drive from the Caves of Nerja, five minutes to the nearest beach and five minutes from the town centre.

Further Details:

We have two large supermarkets within a kilometre and a small one about 500m away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

  • Notes on accommodation: Please note that in common with many other Villas the hot water supply is limited and so short showers are recommended particularly if there are more than 4 people staying at the Villa. Outside: The Villa has an enclosed Garden with a patio area with a dining table and six chairs. A gas barbecue is located on the garden terrace. A table with six chairs is adjacent to the barbecue but the table can sit ten people at a squeeze. Six sun loungers are also available for use on the terraces, the garden or the communal pool. Utility Room: Fridge freezer, fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included.
