This quality villa has everything you would expect from family run property. Fully heated private pool, sun-beds, BBQ, optional hot tub. A shaded pergola area for alfresco dining completes the outside area’s of this quality and well located property. Beach towels and a free welcome pack will be provided. Resort shopping including a supermarket, bakery, bike hire and the first of the many restaurants and bars is within 2 minutes walk. The resorts main beach Las Cucharas is within 3 minutes stroll with diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing & kayaking with tuition/equipment hire all available on this well protected beach and bay area. Bucket and spade at the ready for the usual sand based activities with the little ones. Sun-bed & brolly hire for the snoozers in the party.

In booking my property I will describe in depth the facilities and location that I offer. When I say its 3mins to the beach I do not mean a 7 minute Linford Christie run. We are a family of four and first visited Costa Teguise when our son was one year old. He is now 14 and we have been going back every year ever since. We spent three weeks at Villa Elaine in August and didn't want to go home. The location is perfect, the standard of accommodation is first class and the support team second to none. Having stayed in many locations in Costa Teguise, I will definitely return to Las Calas and would use and highly recommend Villsun. Adrian, thanks for all your help.

After coming to the island of Lanzarote in 1996 for a family retirement celebration. My tour of duty in the normal apartment hotels etc came to an end when I purchased my own holiday villa in Costa Teguise. Looking at what I wanted for my family and what was then younger family members I purchased my first 3 bed property with private pool for the holiday rental market. Location and quality had to go hand in hand. If you can solve these 2 issues in the same property the all year round sunshine of Costa Teguise makes for a great formula. Renting this successfully from my Bolton (Lancashire) base in the UK I now operated this along with my other properties.

Coast/Beach:

Located within 3 minutes walk to the centre of the main beach in Costa Teguise. Diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing & kayaking with tuition/equipment hire is all available on this well protected beach and bay area. Activities include a world class off shore reef break for the experienced wind surfer with novice training area's and rescue boat. All the usual sand based activities for the younger holiday maker with lounger and brolly hire for the snoozers’ in the party are provided for.

Travel:

Due to this villa being in one of the best locations within the resort a car is definitely not required for your general "get around" resort requirements. Although you will be spoilt by the general resort amenities within easy walking distances, car hire both budget and higher quality is available from outlets within 2/3 mins walk. An airport transport service, fully licensed and insured with child car seats’ is also available. Approximate transfer time is 20 minutes.

Distances:

A car is not required for the villa because of its great central location.

You can quite literally dine in a different part of the world every night. Within easy walking distance from the villa you will discover Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Swiss Chinese etc etc. Not forgetting the high quality island fish, tapas restaurants and local bars your will discover.

A great location is essential, "No car required" is what many couples and families require. A Hipo Dino supermarket is just around the corner from the villa. Late-shop sized when compared to the UK but with an in store deli counter, fresh produce and butchers dept for those all important BBQ meats. Many clients now requiring much more than a galley kitchen, this property has everything you will find to prepare all your Alfresco meals and for the man on a mission a built in BBQ. Some great restaurants are within an easy 2/3 minute walking distance. Cafe bars, bike hire and resort shopping from the recognised brands all compliment the villas quite yet super location. For those holiday makers wishing to drive parking is available on the private residential road directly outside your villa.

  • Outside: A private fully heated pool with natural sea salt chlorination, no stingy eyes and great for the skin. Sun-beds, BBQ, shaded pergola area with garden dining furniture for those al fresco times complete the patio area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Every 7 days there is a full maid and linen service, your villa will also have a mid-stay clean with villa towel change. Beach towels are also provided. Pools will be fully cleaned mid and every 7th day.
