This south facing Provencal Villa is in a prime location between St Maxime and Port Grimaud with stunning sea views across to St Tropez, and is within easy proximity to some of the loveliest places in the South of France. The Villa is situated in Beauvallon with sea views overlooking St Tropez and benefits from local beaches with Bars and Restaurants within short walking distance.

The Famous Pampelonne Beach with its Bars, Restaurants and Clubs is an easy drive from the Villa. We can also arrange for you to collected by Boat and taken there. Ste Maxime with it’s lovely streets, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants is approximately 3 km away and there is a regular ferry service that goes to numerous places from the marina including across to St Tropez.

There are a wide variety of activities within close proximity, including Tennis, Golf, Riding, Polo, Hiking, Aquapark, Azur Park and numerous Water Sports, so you will be spoiled for choice if you prefer an active holiday.

This is an excellent base for a holiday that everyone will thoroughly enjoy.

The villa is beatifully presented with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and is set in grounds of approximately an acre with a 17m heated swimming pool.

The property can sleep up 14 people and is ideal for families looking to enjoy the Gulfe de St tropez to it's fullest.

Well appointed and located in this beautiful part of France - an ideal family house in lovely grounds with lots to do in the surrounding area.

What makes this villa unique

The main house has 5 beds all with en-suite bath/shower rooms with an additional double housekeeper/nanny's suite and a seperate garden studio with the capability of sleeping 14.

There is a very large living room with study area, large kitchen/dining room, TV room, rear courtyard with table tennis table, outside kitchen and dining area, sun terraces with great views, and a large garden with a 17m heated pool.

Fantastic views across the water to St Tropez and numerous beaches and beach bars/restaurants within walking distance.

There are also a lot of family orientated and sports activities in the area which is a gorgeous part of France.

Great location and house

The location of the house is near the Grimaud harbour and 10 mins from St Tropez (drive). The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything for whatever you need. The yard is huge and also the pool is big. Everything was v clean. I fully recommend it.

Outside space was excellent.

Coast/Beach:

The villa has spectacular sea views overlooking the Gulf to St Tropez which is 2.5km across the water. The sea with a small beach is across the road and there are 3 beaches with beach bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Further Details:

Superbly located on the front between St Maxime and Port Grimaud with a direct view across the sea to St Tropez with many beach bars and restaurants within 1km of the villa and a takeaway/eat there bar within a few hundred metres.

The centre of Ste Maxime is 2.5km, Port Grimaud 4km, the medieval town of Grimaud 8km and St Tropez is 10km around the Gulf.

There is a cycle/walking track that goes all around the Golf of St Tropez outside the house and the Beauvallon Golf Course is 1km, Ste Maxime Golf Course 5kms and St Tropez Golf Course 8kms all are excellent courses and very picturesque.

There is also a park, Aqualand water park, Azur Park leisure park, mini golf, go-karting, gym, heliport, golf courses, tennis clubs, sailing club and plenty of activities within 6km from the villa.

Travel:

Nice,Toulon or Marseille airports.

Distances:

St Maxime - 2.5km, Port Grimaud - 4km, St Tropez - 10km or 2.5km across the water, Grimaud village - 8km, Cogolin - 6km.
