About Wendy Throp

We are a couple in our 50's with a grown up family whose interests include golfing, skiing, shopping, sunbathing and walking - all of which are available from the apartment.

We employ the services of Angela Sharp Property Services, to maintain and clean the apartment as well as meet and look after our guests, whilst we are not in Marbella ourselves.

Why Wendy Throp chose Marbella

When looking for an apartment to buy, it was with the intention of renting as well as for ourselves, friends and family to enjoy.

We carefully selected the location, wanting both beachfront and central, as not everybody wishes to drive the Spanish roads !

Very happy with our choice,the beach on our doorstep and the delights of Marbella Center with its shops and superb restaurants, the quaint fishing port, Marbella Old town, the nightlife of the 'Port Deportivo' with bars and clubs, all within an easy stroll.

For the more adventurous, it is in a great location to visit many of the Golf Courses, a Skiing day at Sierra Nevada, an historical trip such as Ronda, or possibly lounge at one of the famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach or Ocean Club'.

What makes this apartment unique

In planning on having a varied selection of guests we have tried to provide every small detail. We even completely ripped out the apartment when we first bought, to rearrange rooms.The kitchen , dinning and living area are now all open plan, nobody wishes to be stuck in the kitchen when on holiday, now you can enjoy the fab views of the sea whilst cooking. Glass curtains when opened allow you to extend the living area to the terrace.

The apartment is fully air conditioned, each room independent from the other, allowing each guest to have their room as they wish,all bedrooms have sea views.

We have a water filtration system so that the water from a tap is safe to drink (no need to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarket).

This apartment was fantastic, it had wonderful sea views, was very modern spacious and comfortable felt like home from home, as everything you wanted was here. My 16 year old son loved the wifi best we have ever had abroad. I loved chilling in the lounge/balcony or bedroom watching the waves on the sea and my partner enjoyed watching the sky news in the morning. The bedrooms are all very large with comfortable beds, and there were two decent sized bathrooms too. Location was perfect also with steps leading down to the beach or steps up to the main road. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends - amazing !!
