Sleeps 6. This ground floor apartment is beautifully presented and offers fabulous accommodation for families on holiday in this wonderful location. Featuring two double size bedrooms, modern open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, en-suite bathrooms and off road parking for one vehicle. Situated just a short walk away from the sandy beaches and local shops and restaurants. Offering free Wi-Fi, plasma TV and an outside shower and hand shower allowing you to wash off from a busy day on the beach. There is also a 'beach hut' storage facility adjacent to the car park bay at the rear of the block for guests to store beach boards, wet suits or bikes directly from the car. With just a very short walk away from the sandy beach, this is the perfect choice for a family holiday. Some pets are considered with a supplement of £30 per week.

Booking Notes:
We would require all guests to complete our reservation form and to pay a £200 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is invoiced 8 weeks prior to the stay. All payments are acknowledged and receipts and booking confirmations are sent.
Please note a 3% fee for any credit card payments taken.
Please note that we allow one dog at the property and there is a surcharge of £30 per week.

Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £200 which can be taken from a credit card 2 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked the monies are released within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
