Beautiful rural setting. The stone built cottage is adjacent to the farmhouse with full central heating included in the price. There is a shop in Low Bentham 1 mile away and many shops in the market town of High Bentham almost 2 miles away. Lancaster is 13 miles west and Kendal 23 miles north. The cottage is ideally situated for exploring all that the area has to offer. The Forest of Bowland is to the south, the Yorkshire Dales to the east (Ingleborough and 'Three Peaks' area 4 miles away), the Howgills and the Lake District to the north and the coast 15 miles to the west.

Booking Notes:
Booking can be done directly from the website, by telephone or by email.
A non refundable 50% deposit is required at booking and the balance is payable on arrival.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. We request that the cottage is vacated by 10am on the day of departure. New arrivals are welcome any time from 2 pm on the Saturday.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks are available from 3 January to 28 March 2015 and 31 October to 19 December 2015. The charge is £110 for 2 nights and £150 for 3 nights and £45 for each additional night.

Notes on accommodation: Extremely comfortable and up to date facilities, full central heating. Constant hot water. Outside: Ample parking outside cottage door. Spectacular landscaped gardens extending to almost 1 acre with ponds and many other features. There are sitting out areas, with garden seats and tables. Situated in 130 acres of grassland, with connecting local footpaths. Utility Room: A washing machine and dryer are provided and there are deep freeze facilities in an adjoining building. Secure storage is available for bicycles. Linen is provided. Towels and tea towels can be hired for a small fee if required. The property is thoroughly cleaned and linen changed after each letting. Other: There is a 'games' room on the ground floor with table and chairs and a large selection of games, books, videos and DVD's.
