Peace and quiet in an idealic settinf

What impressed me most was the size of the villa and the fact that it felt like a home and not just a place to stay on holiday. We hired a car as we like to go out on our own and I recommend that you do hire a car as the roads, although walkable are rather hilly and winding. The local Italian restaurant around the corner is lovely and reasonably priced. David's fish and chips is a short drive around the corner. the local supermarket just before David's has a lot of UK food. The facilities in the villa are top knot, the beds very comfortable and everything you need is available. We were most impressed with the two tvs and the access to WiFi and UK TV (very important as Euro 16 was on) - the last two villas we went to promised both WiFi and UK TV but did not deliver due to technical problems. Really enjoyable holiday and definitely recommend it.

Great Location & Lovely Villa

Villa is lovely, quiet location, had everything we needed, but only 10 mins in car from Moraira which has every facility, a few Restaurant's are within walking distance local Baladar Beach bar has really good food. We had a car and Denia & Javea is well worth a visit along the coast and Gata de Gorgos is a lovely old Spanish town up in the hills passing through the Jalon valley. Beautiful Pool & sun terrace, Villa has everything including Wi-Fi, Ursula met us and showed us everything in the Villa, very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended great chilled and relaxed holiday! Thanks Gordon! I am sure we will be back !!

Beautiful property set in pretty, tranquil area

Just had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous, well appointed property. It has everything, a beautiful pool and lovely outdoor areas, even covered off road parking to keep the car cool! The interior is well furnished and very comfy too, English tv and a great selection of dvd's. Baladra beach bar is 10 min walk away and is set in a lovely location and serve stunning food, there's an Italian restaurant less than 5 mins walk and 10 mins down the road towards Moraira is a great Chinese restaurant that serve fantastic quality food at a fraction of the cost you would pay back home. There are several large supermarkets close by too and a 10 min drive or 30 min stroll will get you into beautiful Moraira which is truly lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's very secure and set in a tranquil affluent place, very peaceful and relaxing....I'll be returning!

Perfect Villa in Perfect Location

We've had many villa holdays over the years and although we're famously fussy and know what to expect being villa owners ourselves this was the best villa we've stayed at. It had all the facilities as advertised and the views from the balconies were beautiful not just down to the sea but in the little valley where its located which is particularly pretty and quiet. Its very conveniently located with a short stroll down to the beach. Other reviewers have said a car is not necessary and thats true but we would recommend one for trips into Moraira and surrounding area. A great choice of restaurants nearby. Noticed that 2 the 5 best restaurants at In the Moraira area on Tripadvisor were both within easy walkng distance of the villa being Rondo's and Davids Fish & Chips. Rondo's was closed during our stay but David's had the best cod we've tasted in years. We'd highly recommend this villa and will definately stay again.

Hi we have been coming Moriara for ten years now and this is the first time a villa has been what they said it would be. Everything worked for a change. From start of booking lo leaving everyone was so helpful lovely location with fantastic sea views. Situated on a Quiet cul-de-sac five minutes from the sea. Very good local restaurants no need for car unless you wanted to be in the centre of Moraira . Only a 5 minute drive away. Won’t hesitate to stay there again. A big thanks to Ursula who met us and showed us how everything worked. Everything was so clean. Great poo ,l great villa ,great holiday. Thank you… Tom Brenda and all of the family.

Great Villa - Great views

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 4km from the centre of Moraira, Gordons villa is a nice balance of quiet location but not too far from the action. Lots of rooms all very clean, thanks to Ursula...Well equipped with most things you will need. Great to have widescreen TV with UK channels and WiFi.

Great views from the upstairs Naya although there was a bit of a heatwave this week, so we didn't really use it as was just too hot. Fabulous pool - one of best we have come across, very clean and well looked after, the pool man comes twice a week (Tuesday & Friday). Lots of loungers and loved the chill-out palm area.

The nearest supermarket is on the roundabout, doesnt look much from the outside but very nice when inside (great bakery and cake shop) much better than the Masemas which is about 1km further on.

Two nice restaurants both within a couple of minutes walk which was an added bonus.

Worth a drive along to Calpe, which has a large beach and promenade with lots going on.

We highly recommend this villa and would return.

We were introduced to moraira 9 years ago by some friends. we came to look around and fell in love with this little place what people call the jewel in the crown. Its easy access from alicante or valencia airport. it has a lovely marina and beach, lots of restaurants and bars. it is very cosmopolitan and friendly.there are lots of festivals throughout the year which bring a lot of visitors into the village creating a great atmosphere.

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 91 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 50 Metres Nearest Golf : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : at 9 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 50 Metres Nearest Beach : balidrar beech at 900 Metres Car: recommended


There is about a 5 min walk to the nearest beach a 5 min drive to moraira beach with a very large beach car park and life guards 40 min walk


Alicante airport is 91 km we recommend you hire as the taxi connection is about 150 each way. Valancia is about 120 km but not as good as alicante


The centre of moraira is 5 min drive calpe is 10 min drive benidorm is about 20 min if you like that kind of thing

Further Details:

There are banks supermarkets and loads of restaurants and bar all within a 5 min walk nearest restaurant is 50 meters
