Eutopia House is a beautiful, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom open style house located in the tranquil,serene residence of Boons Haven, Crosbies on the North Coast of Antigua & Barbuda.

It is set in a very nice neighbourhood near beaches, restaurants, clubs, golfing, supermarkets, cinemas, shopping malls and town. It offers tranquillity, serenity and friendly and comfortable surroundings.

Located on a 1/2acre property with well manicured gardens, barbeque area, spacious bedrooms, open plan concept, living, dining and kitchen area, with a breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen. comfortable verandah seating, and day bed for lounging, amazing, tranquil view of the sea, remote entrance gate, laundry washer/dryer, iron and board, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, wireless Internet access, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as ceiling fans throughout the house, cot and high chair (if Required), gas barbeque, cable TV, DVD player and more.

Perfect stay in Antigua

Our family has stayed at many hotels, resorts and private homes in Antigua, and this place is our new favorite! Wonderful house, perfect set up with two bedrooms on one side of the common area and master on the other, huge well stocked kitchen, living room and amazingly beautiful porch with ocean views and breezes. The home is decorated beautifully as is the yard. Looks just like the photos but even nicer.

A few things were not working (dishwasher, washing machine) but we did not need them and Yasmine was on top of getting them fixed.

Located in a lovely residential area but not very close to restaurants, that was the only downside. Jabbwerwock beach is abut 10 min away, and nothing in Antigua is too far away. A little tricky getting to from the place on our own but after a few days of some wrong turns we got it.

Great house with beautiful views

We had a great stay. Yasmine was very helpful answering any questions before our arrival, although she was not on the island during our stay her friend was very helpful. The house is great, tons of space and a fantastic deck with beautiful views of the north coast.

A car is a must to drive to the beautiful beaches, We did not walk to any beaches but guess you would be able to but would be quite a hike back up the hill to the house. Supermarket & restaurants are all close by. The Garden Grill just passed the American university had great service and food - don't miss it.

Unfortunately the dishwasher was not in working order but everything else worked and great. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

Fabulous stay. Exactly as advertised

It was exceptional. The villa was exactly as advertised. Very upscale and in an good area.

Close to the beaches around.

Close to nice restaurants, supermarkets, golf and fun things to do.

Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful.

The view from the verandah was spectacular along the north coast of Antigua.

The facilities were very well kept.

Very comfortable.

We were met by Yasmine who was very kind and gave a very good briefing on Antigua, what to do, where to go, the do's and don't of Antigua.

She was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed.

I will return again next without a doubt.

Fort Lauderdale

Fabulous, exciting but relaxing time.

Everything was great. Place had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was serene and beautiful. It was close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, nightclubs and yet peaceful and serene.

Yasmine our host was more than accommodating to make us feel at home to include stocking the house with food at our request, and helping secure a car rental and simply offering great site and beach suggestions.

This trip left such an impression on the entire group, that we will return. We felt very safe and comfortable enough on her first international experience, that we are looking forward to the next adventure...Our trip ended with new friends and lots of laughs and great memories.

Booking Notes:
There is a 25% of the rental price immediately to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable. 60 days prior to your arrival you then pay the balance + a US$500 security deposit. Once the balance is paid this is also non refundable. However the security deposit is refundable when all is okay prior to your leaving.

The rental price can be paid by wire transfer, Moneygram or Paypal. Paypal is being set up now on our website, for more information & pictures.

Changeover Day:
Airport Pick up and departure is included and check in time is 2:30pm and check out time is 11am.
If the house is not booked the day you leave and you have a late flight you can pay an additional days rate for late check out.
