Villa in La Manga Club, Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain - Great Location With Direct Access From Parking

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi detached villa which has been refurbished and beautifully furnished. The ground floor has lounge and kitchen, the top floor which is self contained and access via the external steps has a front Juliet balcony with large external terrace and en suite shower room. Satellite flat screen T.V. The lower ground floor has 2 bedroom, bedroom 1 being en suite and bedroom 2 sharing the family bathroom. The villa has direct access from the parking area and therefore there are no steps to the villa making this ideal for families or older people. Fully air conditioned throughout. Satellite flat screen T.V to bedroom 1, lounge and top floor bedroom. Marble floors throughout with beautifully fitted bathrooms and kitchen.

About the Owner

Peter & Joanne have been coming to La manga club for many years and found that it was such a safe and family orientated resort that we decided to buy at El Rancho.

We felt that the property is perfect for us as we have 2 children and the set up also allows grand parents to holiday with us as there is a self contained apartment on the first floor giving us privacy. We have personally furnished the property and upgraded since we purchased the villa.

Very good location and nicely furnished

El rancho is a lovely community within La Manga resort and This villa is well located within the complex.

The villa has been maintained to a very good standard. Worth noting the third bedroom is upstairs and is separate from the rest of the villa (access via external steps) which is great for people wanting extra privacy.

Three lovely terraces too so captures the sun all day. The community pool is literally 10 steps from the villa and car parking is next to villa too.

The villas three bedrooms all have bathroom ensuite or next to bedroom. Villa is very good standard throughout

Nice bbq as well on one of the terraces .free wifi was greatly appreciated especially by our children !

Couple of very small suggestions- some nice garden/plastic crockery to use outside including plastic glassware and a few extra serving dishes and spoons/bbq utensils would be useful.

Owners and management company were very easy to deal with - quick, reliable and efficient . We had one minor problem with taps in a bathroom and this was dealt with straight away.

la manga is a wonderful complex with lots of sporting activities and good selection of bars and restaurants .

Would definitely recommend .

  • Notes on accommodation: The upper floor has a large rear terrace with fantastic views of the Mar Menor. It also has the use of an external BBQ. The ground floor has a large rear terrace again with great views of the Mar Menor again with external BBQ, large sun awning, table with 6 chairs and outside tap. The lower ground floor has access to the terrace from French doors within the bedrooms. Outside: Large swimming pool which is approximately 30 meters from the property. The pool has free sunbeds and some permanent shades. The front of the property has a large front terrace and 3 rear terraces one on each floor.
