Wonderful Welcome!

  • 5 of 5

Great little gite with fantastic outdoor space. We were travelling with our Australian nephew & neice and their 3 young children and we wanted to introduce them to rural France. We were very late arriving but Tina had ensured that there was shopping and supper waiting for us which really was going the extra mile with customer service and we were so very grateful for it.

Fabulous location with stunning views, large garden, heated pool and dining terrace make the outdoor space perfect for a family holiday.

Tina is a talented cook and we really enjoyed her delicious meals in the grand dining room, and Boe the resident historian was kind enought to take us on a tour of the historic grande maison! We felt very priviledged.

Plenty to do in the area, great cycling with the loaned bikes, forest hikes, Normandy beaches, Castles aplenty and glorious food, all washed down with local cider and lashings of wine.

We loved every moment, thank you so much Tina and Boe!

Wonderful break away

  • 5 of 5

We arrived to a warm welcome from our hosts and felt comfortable straight away in this fabulous property. Having two toddlers in the group we never once worried about their safety as both interior and exterior was well maintained; stair gate and children's cots and beds a plenty to use. The grounds again were all fenced in, and the slide and swing set kept them entertained for hours. The swimming pool itself was fantastic and again, safe which meant we were never worried and could relax and enjoy the time away. All had been thought of by both Tina and Boe and you could almost just turn up with no belongings and still find all you needed for the week. Lovely time away and great memories made. Thankyou

The warmth of the welcome, the comfort of the accommodation, the glorious views, the convenient tourist area and, finally, Tina's excellent cuisine and Boe's very interesting tour of Le Logis. Why didn't we find you years ago? Thank you both for a wonderful week. P.S. The golden retrievers, Jake and Rollo, are an added bonus.

Fantastic rural retreat,Ideal for family's,

  • 5 of 5

Our second stay at Tina's & Boe's and can only say it is a beautiful rural retreat to get away from it all set in a wonderful garden with a private pool.Tina & Boe are so welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to provide any information you require to make your stay even more enjoyable. We stayed with seven children and two adults and the house is perfect in every aspect, Two large doubles and a room for the smaller kids off the main bedroom and also two single rooms beautifully decorated and well layed out.The outside area has a private pool ( not overlooked ) and a large eating area with seating for up to 10 people for enjoying breakfast or lunch outdoors. Centrally located for trips to the Normandy beaches & plenty of activities to keep the kids happy.Tina also provides beautiful home cooked meals with a menu provided for adults & kids meals for those days you just don't want to cook (In saying that the kitchen is out of this world with a great gas combo cooker and every utensil you could require).

I cannot praise this house or the owners more than enough and we hope to make it again next year.

Cheers again Tina & Boe hope to see you next year...........................

Perfect family holiday retreat!

  • 5 of 5

This is the best gite we have stayed in! Le Logis is a beautifully decorated, highly comfortable, very well equipped holiday home that gave us a week of heavenly family relaxation and fun in a stunning location. There are so many reasons to stay here on holiday, from the fantastic pool to the huge garden perfect for kids football, camping and riding bikes! To the gorgeous patio area perfect for barbecues, lunch and dinner whilst having a glass of wine, letting the kids play on the swings and watching the amazing sunrise and sunset across the fields. Tina and Boe are wonderful hosts, kind and thoughtful. If you can we recommend trying Tina's fabulous cooking. We had the best night at the 'big house' with Tina and Boe - wonderful food, great company and a fascinating tour of the house. This is a house we will definitely visit again and again! Thank you Tina and Boe!
