The cottages combine charm with comfort. Cosy sitting rooms and log fires, perfect to return to after a day out. An outside terrace with garden furniture and barbecues makes an ideal spot for al-fresco dining or just to relax with a glass of wine.
Leading from the south-facing terrace, the door opens into a spacious living area, with open beams and a woodburning stove, to give an instant feel of comfort.
The kitchen is fitted with all the labour saving devices, should you wish to dine at home.
At each end of the living area, you will find the bedrooms. The neutral colours extend to the double room with 5' bed and a large en-suite sandstone wetroom. The twin bedded room with its pretty fabric has a door leading onto the terrace. The en-suite bathroom comes complete, with a roll top bath to relax in. Just the tonic after a hard days play.
The terrace, a real suntrap, has views across the field to the lake, where you can watch the ducks at play. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for alfresco dining.
For guests with young children we are able to offer - wooden cot, highchair, stairgate as well as a baby monitor, steriliser, socket covers, plastic table cloth, blackout blinds, plastic bowls and cutlery.
To help lighten your load we also have available a pushchair, front and back carriers. All at no extra charge. Also included is a complimentary Sunday Newspaper of your choice.

Once the home of the bull, now sensitively restored and modernised, but retaining many of its original features in natural stone and wood. The roomy single storey cottage, gives the feeling of a warm welcome and toasty cosiness.
In the sitting room the comfortable leather sofas, winged chairs and wood fire offer a taste of country living. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking, whether its breakfast on the terrace on warm sunny mornings or a family dinner, together around the large dining table in the evening.
There are three bedrooms - A 5' double bedded room and en-suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms and second bathroom with shower.
Also included is a complimentary Sunday Newspaper of your choice.
This cottage being on one level is ideal for families with small children and those less able visitors.
The original outside bull pen is now an enclosed sunny spot with garden furniture and barbecue.

By Road:Head for Cornwall, from the A30 or A38 follow the signs to St Austell (A390). One mile from St Austell turn right at St Mewan School. Poltarrow Farm is approximately a quarter of a mile on the left.
There are services to St. Austell Approx 2 miles where you can hire a car or take a taxi.
By Coach:Regular National Express services Via Plymouth to St. Austell.

Fishing for the not too serious angler, the shared swimming pool temp 30deg. the large games hall with short mat bowls, short tennis, badminton, pool and table tennis is available at all times. For the under 5's the safe padded floor playroom has tunnels, slides and building blocks.
