Nat Trust beauty spot. A 17th century character cottage in tiny Lansallos village, 2.5 miles from Polperro & 7 miles from the fishing village & beach at Looe, East Cornwall. A modernized cottage with exposed beams and window seat. One of a terrace of 4 cottages on a quiet side road. Lansallos is a dot of a village, a small collection of old houses in a National Trust area, a renowned beauty spot and a favourite with walkers. A few 100 yards from the cottage, just past the old 15th cent church, is a 15 minutes walk along a pretty, tree lined footpath (called Smugglers Lane) through fields to Lansallos beach. Stunning coastal walks along this National Trust coastline (3 miles to Polperro and onwards to Looe; to Polruan and beyond). Polperro is the prettiest & most photogenic of all Cornish fishing villages. Small front lawn. Large enclosed rear lawn with surrounding trees & hedge. Rear patio with seating. Small front garden.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & built in wardrobe with beautiful views over fields. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 3 is small, has no wardrobe & may be more suitable for a child. It has no window of its own but shares a window with bedroom 1, hence noise will travel between the two bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 3 are accessed by a small internal landing. Downstairs bathroom with bath,overhead shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail & fan heater. Beamed lounge/diner with window seat and T.V. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge (ice box) & washing machine.

Night storage heaters (inclusive) in lounge/diner and in bedrooms 1 & 2. Also a Woodburner Affect electric heater in lounge/diner. Electric convector heater in bedroom 3. Electric inclusive. Travel Cot.

Off the road parking space 50 yds at end of terrace. No pets.
