Fully equiped for 4 persons, balcony and a wonderful view to the snowy mountains and the village.. You can sit outside at the balcony and enjoy the beautifull view of the mountains and the village.
There are 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed (loft bed).A nice living area with one dining table and a sofa, where you can see TV and we also have a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with a bath tub.
we are a family, that loves to go skiing in the mountains. We are very fond of our ski-flat, that is very well equip.
We have had the flat in Val Thorens for many years.

Go out of the flat and you are on the slopes. Ski in behind the house and ski out in front of the house.

Your apartment was everything it promised to be.
I really did appreciate the use of space in what are small flats, however yours is so well organised that it never felt too small.
We also really appreciated the kitchen and sensible approach to leaving a few essentials for guests, salt,pepper, coffee filters etc. It made the place instantly welcoming and homely.
I myself rent out accomodation, so i understand the problems that can occur when renting short term to strangers, but I do believe that if you treat people with respect they will give the same back.

We had the pleasure of staying in Annette's cosy and well equipped flat in the beginning of this year. It's in a great location and has easy access to the pistes. It has a number of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ski rentals in close proximity. There's a lot going on in this place!! Its got a lot of natural light coming in and is decorated with a cosy eating corner as well as a sofa under the loft bed. The flat also has a TV-DVD, although we did not find time to use it, however would have been great if we'd had lots of bad weather days. She even keeps a decent selection of DVD's for all audiences! Never seen that before in a rental property! The balcony has sun most of the day, so a great place for a little Apres Ski time. We'd recommend this flat to families as well as adult couples, as Annette appears to have a lot of equipment for those with small children, but also for those looking to cook a decent meal. We will definitely be coming back.
Myself and a couple of other British Masters Ski Club members stayed at Annette's lovely apartment for a long weekend of ski races at VT in early January.
The apartment is in the upper part of town beside a host of bars/restaurants etc. yes there was a bit of late night noise both inside and out, but this was only to be expected when living in a large apartment block.
Inside the apartment is very well laid out to sleep up to 4 persons. It is very well stocked as opposed to a typical holiday company rental. It has a clean and very functional bathroom with plenty hot water. There is a small balcony with excellent views over the upper resort and to the main slopes.
Access to the slopes is very good either at the rear or with a short walk down to the 'stade' area.
The booking process is very simple and Annette was always punctual in replying to any emails etc.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to future guests due to it's location and what it has to offer.
My fiancé and I stayed here over New Year. The apartment is close to the slopes and situated above several bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket across the street in the shopping centre as well as a pharmacy. Also on the street on certain days there is a market selling cheese, cured meats and sweets.
The photos of the apartment give an accurate representation of the space. The apartment is well equipped, warm and would easily sleep four adults with plenty space for your belongings.
Annette is great to speak with. She answered all of my emails and phone calls straight away and is extremely helpful with her knowledge of the local area. As we were visiting Val Thorens over New Year I was concerned that the keys would not reach us on time; Annette posted them out a week earlier and they were with me with plenty time to spare.
I would recommend this apartment for young adults and families with older children. As the apartment is centrally located and looking over bars you can hear some noise in the apartment. However, this noise was minimal and did not disturb our stay.
I would definitely stay here again!
It was a great appertment and the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center, it was ski in and u only had to walk 100 meters when you needed to go out on ski. It was right above all the bars, so all in all it was the greatest placement if you're looking for an appertment to rent in val thorens
