About Inger Slang

The owner of the Villa is a Christian association for the visually impaired in Norway, called Midtun, (Foreningen til kristne blindes feriehjem). I am representing this association by helping to rent out the property.

My work also is in an organization among the visually impaired in Norway, called KABB.

Why Inger Slang chose Malaga area (Costa del Sol)

Some weeks during the year, visually impaired people from Norway stay at the Villa to do courses or to simply enjoy a vacation. The rest of the year the Villa is available for rental.

Great villa to stay with large family group

We have just returned home after staying at this lovely villa. Great facilities and welcoming and helpful managers Ingrid and Kieth. Does help to have a car but 15 minute walk to village shops etc. Lovely pool and garden space views are fabulous. Thanks to Inga Kieth and Ingrid for a great stay will definitely be back.

Lots of space, beautiful pool, lovely view

Our family of 20 really enjoyed this house. It had space for everyone. We loved the ensuite bathrooms in almost every room - they were spacious and renovated. We also loved the large, clean pool and the flowering gardens. The management was kind enough to purchase us groceries before we moved in, but I would recommend that the management make clear that soap for handwashing in sinks, toilet paper, kleenex/paper towels are not provided (and have to be purchased). Otherwise, the building caretakers were very responsive to our concerns, for example when the electricity went out in the entire street during our outdoor dinner. They called for updates and brought us candles, which we appreciated very much.

Helt supert!

Vi leide huset i 10 dager for å feire bryllup, vi var 7 barn (3 måneder - 9 år) og 15 voksne/ungdom (15 - 64 år).

Vi hadde god plass til alle sammen, alle var fornøyde med rommene sine. Vi spiste nesten alle måltidene våre ute, der var det godt med plass og skygge. (Skyggen trengtes i midten av juli, da det var veldig godt og varmt. Herlig med et basseng å kjøle seg ned i!)

Spiseplassen inne var for liten til at alle 22 kunne spise der samtidig, men vi koste oss ute. Vi grillet et par ganger, spiste på restaurant, eller bestilte pizza fra Telepizza i Alhaurin de la Torre.

Vi hadde leiebiler og det er enkelt å reise til forskjellige steder med utgangspunkt i dette stedet.

Barna nærmest bodde i bassenget, og satte stor pris på alle badelekene som fantes der.

Eiendommen er godt vedlikeholdt og vertskapet hyggelig og lett tilgjengelig.

Har leid feriehus mange ganger, dette er det aller beste vi har vært borti.

Takk for oss, vi har lyst til å komme tilbake en gang!

Fantastiske dager for storfamilien

En flott eiendom, hvor tre generasjoner koste seg i litt over en uke. Fra 18 til 71 år.

Deilig bassengområde med masse sol, heldige oss.

Kort vei til strand, butikker og attraksjoner i Malaga området.

Huset, som blir som et hotell, har god plass og flotte fasiliteter.

Ingrid og Keith er supre som hjelper når det trengs. Bare et tastetrykk unna.

Stayed 14 to 21st June 2017...large rooms and outside space....plenty of quiet spaces for a peace!!!

Keith and Ingrid at the end of the phone for any questions....property related or more.....and a very big thankyou to them both. The only suggestion i would make would be to maybe invest in a bouncy castle or small playground for toddlers.....apart from that we had a great time.

Fantastic house !

We just left Casa Montana on Sunday after having a fantastic stay. We were a group of 13 friends and family members.

The house provided more than enough space, and we even found empty bedrooms. Each room was clean and comfortable most with their own bathroom. All with air conditioning and extra blankets.

The pool is gorgeous, and big enough to have a swim.

The outdoor seating area is great, equipt with more than enough chairs and a fantastic barbeque.

The homeowners were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

Would strongly recommend !

Damage Deposit £228.95

Responsible for damage. Upon departure, the property will be checked if any of the inventory is damaged or removed. The tenant is responsible for damage to the house or inventory, that occurs during the rental period. A complete ‘property inventory’ can be viewed at the property.
On arrival a cash deposit of £200 or in equivalent currency must be paid.
The lead guest who made the booking is responsible to ensure all damage, breakages/lost keys are reported to the managers before departure.
A full refund will be returned by recorded delivery at no cost to the guest within 21 working days, if no damages/breakages are found.
In the event of any damages an e mail will be sent to the lead guest outlining any damages found and the cost of replacement/repair, plus the cost of recorded delivery to refund the remainder of the deposit.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
