This fully equipped: Air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private balcony and a privat roof terrace. The combination of a 'perfect location' and 'fantastic views' of the Old Town and Mountains makes this apartment an excellent choice for holiday makers. Restaurants, shops & banks etc., are within Close range and just a short walk away is the harbour and the beach. The complex has five well maintained pools surrounded by garden areas. It is set in the extremely popular Mediterranean Apartment complex. The property is equipped with free WiFi.

P.S. The reason for us not being part of the online paymentsystem is that when launched earlier this year Owners Direct excluded the Scandinavian countries from being in it and we dont know why. When we contacted them they told us that they would try to solve the problem.

So far nothing has changed and for us the problem is still

the same. We still have to be payed by bank transfer when

1st Class Self Catering Apt in Perfect Location

Everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday is provided in this excellent 2 bedroom duplex apartment. It is spotless throughout and well maintained. There are more than enough towels provided - hand/bath/beach etc. The wifi is excellent throughout.

It has a good size balcony from the lounge and, being on the 2nd (top) floor, has some amazing views of the mountains and the old town and is surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea. It also has a roof terrace which is also impressive. If you have any mobility issues it could be a problem staying here.

The double bed is really comfortable with a bathroom just next to it. There is another bathroom in the lounge. Both showers are great.

The pictures featured for this property are true and accurate.

The location is quite perfect. The nearest restaurant is Chillies (highly recommended) and is just round the corner - a two minute walk.

There are supermarkets, fruit and veg shops etc nearby for all your self catering needs.

This a choice of pools although we tended to use the nearest. Four sun loungers are provided along with a sturdy parasol.

A short walk through the old school car park (opposite the apt) will take you to the start of the 'high street'. Here you will find the main taxi rank and the start of the many, many lovely restaurants and bars. Although we have our favourites, you will not go wrong choosing anyone. The are all extremely good.

Communication with the owners is excellent and much appreciated.

I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Peaceful and perfect

Highly recommended. Extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic location,less than 5 mins walk to the town centre. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definetely return to this apartment. The owner was very good to deal with and allowed us to stay on in the apartment on our last day at no extra cost. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and the pool areas were immaculate. Bins and garden areas attended to on a daily basis and staff we met were friendly and helpful. Apologies to the owner for this late review as we stayed sept/October 2014 and had intended writing this earlier. A wonderful holiday in a fantastic apartment and hope to visit again this year. Thank you for the use of your lovely apartment.

  • Outside: The complex is well maintained with beautifully landscaped garden areas and paths. There is a choice of five shared pools and garden areas. To the side of the facing olive grove is a road and steps leading directly to the beach and harbour/restaurants etc. There are four sunbeds with matresses and one parasol belonging to the apartment for use by the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. We also provide for beach towels for your use. If you have to arranged a mid stay Clean it will take Place on your 7th day, if not you can change the linen by yourself.
