Apartment in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain - In The Very Center Of Fuengirola, and Five Minute Walk To The Beach

Spacious and quiet apartment in the very centre of town with a capacity of six persons (plus a seventh person in folding bed). All amenities can be found just a stone's throw away. In the apartment, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, brand new bathrooms, and wireless Internet. In the garage there is free parking for a small to medium size car. Bed sheets and towels are provided, as is a bottle of red wine to enjoy while you settle in. The access to the property is through a quiet commercial pedestrian area, or through the garage if you arrive by car. In the surroundings, there are many supermarkets and late night stores, as well as an array of bars, cafés and restaurants. The beach is only 200 meters away, and the pleasure harbour 500 meters. Around the corner, you will find a bus station and taxi stand, and the train station just the next block away.

Comfortable, central, clean and friendly contact

We stayed in the property for 1 week in September for the first time and we found the apartment to be very well maintained, clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning in each room with clean bedding and very clean bathrooms and kitchen area. From the start, communication to Stefan was fantastic and friendly, he spoke fluent English which made the process incredible easy and hassle free. Any questions were answered swiftly and I was left reassured that the apartment would be as pictured.

We arranged to meet his colleague outside the apartment who was waiting patiently for us to arrive with our keys. She also spoke fluent English and gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had. They are only a phone call away if you have any further queries, which was reassuring.

I would certainly recommend staying in this apartment as everything is nearby and you can trust everything will be in order and as expected.

4 of us stayed in the apartment, but its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms could easily manage 6 people. The showers were powerful, clean and hot.

Enjoy your stay, we will be coming back!

Very pleased excellent accommodation highly recommended

Excellent apartment with fantastic service.

The apartment is very well located in the quiet pedestrian precinct, very close to the seafront and marina.

Well appointed with modern bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, well appointment kitchen.

Free wifi with Internet enabled television.

Very efficient Air Conditioning.

Nice views of mountains and sea from the balcony.

The owner Stephan is very friendly and a great communicator, and arranged for his colleague Domonique to meet us at the station on arrival and escort us to the Apartment.

The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was very much appreciated.

Highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Perfect location

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped in a very secure building, ideal if you are travelling with children. No car is needed as you are 5 mins walk to the beach and actually in the centre of the town. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets bus and train terminals are all within a very short walk, no hills.

There are lots of very nice restaurants, we enjoyed Estilo Campo, an Argentinian steakhouse which also had a children's menu.

The owner was very helpful at all times answering any questions I had promptly. He also arranged transport to and from the airport with a company I highly recommend.

I would recommend this apartment for a visit to Fuengirola.

I initially bought this property as a weekend get-away whilst living in the interior province of Jaen. Fuengirola offers great climate and a fantastic beach, and it's a very manageable town with all the services you need within walking distance. Eventually, after moving to Marbella I began renting out the apartment for others to enjoy.

Nearest Airport : Málaga airport at 23 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Speak Easy at 5 Metres Nearest Train : Fuengirola train station at 300 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A7 at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : La Solera at 20 Metres Nearest Ski : Sierra Nevada at 188 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Fuengirola beach at 200 Metres Car: not necessary


The beach is only 200 meters from the apartment, and the pleasure harbour is 500 meters away.


Malaga airport is 25 kilometres away, and there is a train service connecting the airport with Fuengirola. The train station is only 250 meters from the apartment. There are plenty of rental car companies both at the airport and in the town of Fuengirola. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding areas, but not necessary to enjoy Fuengirola itself.


Fuengirola is equidistant (30ams) to the cultural treasures of Malaga and the glamorous town Marbella, and very close to the quaint little town of Mijas Pueblo, with its donkey taxis, and Gibraltar is only an hour and fifteen minutes away.

Further Details:

There are several supermarkets, late night convenience shops, banks and pharmacies, as well as a private medical centre within easy walking distance. Fuengirola boast a wonderful beach promenade, castle, zoo and other attractions. At night, you can enjoy a performance at the Variety Theatre right next to the apartment. The city is of a very manageable size, with most places within walking distance.

Fuengirola is located in the very heart of Costa del Sol, with all places of interest within less than half an hour by car. The apartment is also in the very heart of Fuengirola itself, with an array of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants right at its footstep, including the beach which is a mere 200 meters away. Located on the seventh floor within a commercial and residential complex, you enjoy almost total silence once you retire back from the warm, sandy beach or the bustling street life.
