Having semi-retired from Johannesburg to Camps Bay in Cape Town, One on Houghton has provided a place for many memorable holidays shared with family and extended groups of friends. My partner Marie and I enjoy travelling, exploring and socialising, as well as sharing this beautiful place that is our home.

We purchased the Property because of the stunning beauty of Camps Bay and the surrounding areas. With Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles as your backdrop, and beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean only a hundred metres away, one cannot ask for a more relaxing position to unwind. It provides us with an ideal family holiday home, with so much to do, for every age group. The property is very accessible to Cape Town International Airport and the numerous local attractions including mountain walks,shops,beaches and wine farms, and it has plenty of parking for those travelling by car.

The Property is located about one hundred meters from the Atlantic Ocean crashing onto the rocks below and less than 1 km from the stunning Camps Bay Beach, often used for film shoots because of its natural beauty. A 15 minute walk gets you to the beach-front with its fantastic restaurants catering for all age groups and tastes. The Table Mountain Cable Car, Lions Head and other magnificent viewing points of the Atlantic Ocean are only a few kilometres away. The V&A Waterfront Development with all its shopping facilities, restaurants and other outdoor activities is only 8 kms away. A short 50 km drive gets you deep into the Western Cape Winelands of Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch with its numerous wine farms and restaurants. Many scenic ocean drives are on your doorstep.
