Apartment in Nerja, Burriana Beach, Costa del Sol, Spain - Ideally Located Just 5 Minutes Walk From Burriana Beach

This apartment offers everything you would expect, being very close to Burriana beach and with a large communal pool, in beautifully kept garden. The lounge and 3 double bedrooms are all air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is a TV and DVD but due to recent changes to satellite broadcasting English channels are limited to BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 via freeview. Two southerly facing terraces (one off the main bedroom). Portable or ceiling fans in each room and heating for winter. There is a safe for valuables. High speed internet is available at a small extra cost. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well located for Burriana beach (just 5 mins walk) and the centre of Nerja, the Balcon de Europa and many shops and bars (just 15 mins walk). Guests are requested not to smoke indoors please. Please also note that arrival is not before 4pm and departure must be no later than 10am on your final day.

About Neil Palmer

We are an English family who have owned and holidayed in this apartment for 12 years. We are still discovering Nerja and it's fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. It's very Spanish which gives it a real holiday atmosphere. The fiestas and religious holidays are marked by amazing parades through the centre of town. We have loved every minute spent in our apartment as it's location offers something for everyone. From chic bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away at Burriana beach, to the Balcon de Europa just 15 minutes stroll into the centre of Nerja. We have worked hard to maintain our apartment in a clean and modern style which we know you will enjoy during your stay.

Wonderful apartment, quiet, yet close to beach and bars, 20 minutes into town, 10 minutes walk to 2 large supermarkets and tennis club, great large balcony for sunbathing and set in lovely gated gardens. After 8 weeks we didn't want to leave.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is in a good position close to the beach and supermarkets, approx 15 min walk into town. It is very clean and well furnished/appointed. The balcony is a fantastic size however, for the summer months there is not enough shade even with the parasol provided. We noticed that many of the other apartments had an awning. Also with no air conditioning, it was very hot inside. The fans were not sufficient.

The gardens around the apartment were well looked after and lovely to lie in. The pool is a good size and very refreshing though the filters may not have been working effectively towards the end of our holiday.

The gate bell did not work when we arrived but was fixed around ten days later.

Overall a nice complex and apartment in a good position for the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

Great Family Holiday for 6

Hi Neil just like to say we had a brilliant week in your apartment. Everything was spot on and closer to the beach than we thought. The walk was no problem at all and couldn't wish for a nicer place to celebrate my husband Tonys 65th birthday. we hope to book again, thanks so much.

Our party 4 adults two of whom were grandparents, a teenager and child had a fabulous holiday in this apartment. It was spotless and had all the facilities that we required aswell as being very secure. The apartment itself was very spacious and the large terrace was a bonus. It was close to the beach, restaurants/bars and shops. We stayed for 9 nights and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect, just perfect!

Our family of 4 adults and two young children have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment in Nerja. We have been to Nerja twice before but always stayed in town, this time we wanted to be near the beach and this apartment was simply perfect! The apartment had everything we needed and more and was very well maintained, the large terrace is such a bonus as is the pool! The booking was so smooth and so were the instructions - I highly recommend this property, situated very close to the beach and a short hilly walk to town. Thank you!

The attractions of Nerja caves, donkey sanctuary and beautiful hillside towns of Frigiliana, Competa and Maro are an easy drive away. The coast here boasts a number of secluded beaches all easily reached a short drive away. Granada City is approx 1 hour drive

  • Notes on accommodation: A very comfortable, sunny, air conditioned, 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment. There is an allocated parking space within a private, secure car park under the apartments. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am - this can rarely be varied so please plan your travel around these times. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke indoors. Outside: Large south facing terrace with 4 sun loungers, white plastic dining table and 6 chairs. There's a good size charcoal barbecue as well. The main bedroom has a smaller terrace which is suitable for private sunbathing. There is a large beautifully maintained communal swimming pool and gardens available from April until late October. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Beds will be made up with clean linen, bath and hand towels (but not beach towels), for your arrival.
