If you get tired of reading and enjoying the view you have at the apartment doorstep the swimming pool where you can refresh and enjoy the wonderful weather.

A short ride on the escalator, located a few meters from the apartment, takes you to the beach, shops, supermarkets by day, and by night to all the fantastic restaurants, bars and pubs.

So whether you're a couple, a family, or travelling with friends you will always have something to do or visit in a short walking distance.

What can I say we love this apartment. Starting with Ana she is so helpful keeps you updated at all times. Also arrange transport to collect you from airport. George is the taxi driver also sends you emails to keep you updated. We have never had any problems if he gives you a time he will be there no problems. Leonor greets you on arrival and takes you to your apartment and goes through everything with you although we been few times now so 2nd home to us. The apartment is secure as well with a code to enter the building. You are right by the escalators straight in to the old town in which is very lively we noticed more stag and hen do's this year but still a great night as the is more quiet areas to go to for a meal and drink plenty of choice. The beach is gorgeous as well loads of activity's going on this year there was also a festival with fire works in which we watched from our apartment with a few glasses of wine this was fab. we also visited Vilamoura in which George taxi driver took us and collected us. There is plenty of bars and restaurants spoilt for choice really and they also do happy hour on the sea front. Overall this apartment has everything you need included beach towels washing machine dishwasher etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

second visit this year

This was our second visit this year and was every bit as good as first time. Leonor is a lovely lady who greets you on arrival. Had a great 10 days in Oldtown and Varandas. Accidently left our 2 phones in the apartment but Ana is going above and beyond trying to reunite us with the phones. Great customer service.

Fabulous property.Really made our holiday special.

This apartment is amazing. Trust me you will not get a better location for access to the beach,Old Town,Shops.You are within a short walking distance of all of these.

The photos don't do it justice. We couldn't believe the size of it. The place is spotlessly clean and well maintained.The swimming pool is on the same level as the apartment. Basically on your doorstep.We had the pool to ourselves most days.

The facilities in this apartment are second to none. Full kitchen,Washing machine,dishwasher,iron and ironing board,beach towels. There was even a beach umbrella and buckets.

Even though there is no air conditioning the apartment is nice and cool and there are electric fans provided for each room.It is in a peaceful privately owned complex so its ideal for families with young Kids. My girls are 5 and 8 years old and they loved the place. My 5 year old said she wishes it could be our house.

We decided after our first day that we were going to book again for next year.

It really made our holiday that extra bit special to have such comfortable convenient accommodation.

Ana is a really genuine trustworthy person. From first contact she was totally professional and really helpful. She kept in regular contact by email after we booked and even organised a taxi from Faro airport for us. If you are looking for a great apartment for a relaxed holiday then this is the place for you.

We cant wait to go back next year.

We couldn't have wished for a more perfect location. To wake up to the lovely view from the large balcony every morning was idyllic & the short walk to the escalators which take you down to the heart of old town, where everything is happening, is so convenient. So many shops, bars & restaurants to choose from. As for the apartment, as has been said before, the photos don't do it justice, it is much bigger than it looks & so clean & tidy. We would recommend this apartment to anybody & are now going to book for next year! Our thanks to Ana & the helpful girls in the office.

This apartment has been in my family since the building was built around 97/98. I have spent here amazing holidays when I was growing up, and I hope that you can also experience the same with your family. We love this house very much and hope you love it to.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Faro at 40 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Vilamoura at 15 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A22 at 6 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : D Carlos at 10 Metres Nearest Beach : Fishermans Beach at 100 Metres


The apartment is only a 5 minutes stroll from the beautiful Fishermans Beach and the old town. You also have other amazing beaches just a short taxi or bus ride from the apartment.

The beach has water sports facilities on summer season and plenty of restaurants all year around.


Faro Airport is just 40 minute drive away.

If you just want to relax a car is not necessary because the beach and the town are just outside your door.

You also have some public transports (bus, road train and taxi) stops just 50 m outside the apartment.

If you plan to rent a car, parking is also not a problem because the apartment has parking for one car.

The second bedroom is an interior room with a bunk bed and a small wardrobe, it has no Windows but is very comfortable. This room doesn't have air conditioning, but a fan will be provided.

  • Notes on accommodation: A non smoking policy applies inside the apartment, and smokers are asked to only smoke on the balcony. Utility Room: Washing machine, water heater, iron/ironing board, cleaning equipment like sweeping brush, mop and bucket.
