Casares del Sol - Fabulous Large Terrace - 2 Bed 2 Bath - Peaceful Location

Enjoy the Mediterrean outdoor lifestyle on the large terrace at our Ground floor apartment in Casares del Sol. Lounge, sunbathe, eat and drink on the south facing terrace, the most sought after aspects for accomodation in Spain. Views to the stunning swimming pools and tropical gardens. The apartment is in a peaceful location in the popular Casares del Sol pm4, a short distance from restaurants, bars, beach, gym and golf.

We use the apartment many times every year. So the apartment and terrace is furnished to meet our holiday needs and is suitable for families, couples, girls weeks away and golf trips for the boys.

The front door leads into the central hall. An open plan living area has glass doors direct to the large south facing terrace, this is one of the best terrace directions for the area. There are views to the gardens, glorious palm trees, pools and sea beyond. The apartment has central air conditioning/ heating, for comfort all year round. And WiFi internet accessible from all rooms.

Beds are freshly made up ready for your stay, with towels laid out. The bedrooms have plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and shelves.

The apartment is set in a gated community, with the gardens fenced for security. Parking is underground and accessed by lift or stairs direct to the apartment.

The property is located next to the exclusive Finca Cortesin Hotel and Golf. And the apartment is across the road from the 'Brasserie de Arturo' Bar Restaurant And a short 10 minute walk to the sandy blue flag Casares beach with La Sal, its famous Chiringuito Beach Bar.

About Nick Lane

I live in rural Suffolk with my wife Anne, and we have 2 grown up children. I have enjoyed golfing holidays along the coast for over 15 years, playing most of the golf courses. And as a family we have spent many happy holidays on the Costa del Sol and at Casares del Sol.

Our apartment is furnished for our needs, there is everything for an enjoyable holiday. We love the place and we normally spend more than 8 weeks a year at the apartment.

Why Nick Lane chose West Costa del Sol

We chose to buy in Casares Costa as it is has the Costa del Sol sunshine but is less commercial than much of the coast. My wife loves strolling along the beachs and around the colourful street markets. And I enjoy the golf courses.

We like to be away from the hustle bustle of commercial Costa del Sol, although we enjoy going out for the evening in Puerto Banus as much as anyone.

What makes this apartment unique

What makes Casares special for us? The fabulous swimming pool: the community spirit of the development, it is quite small with just 5 blocks of apartments all around the pool: the lovely tropical gardens with boule court and putting green to while away the time: being able to walk to the beach for a drink at the Beach bar : lots of excellent local restaurants: chilling out on our south facing terrace and recharging our batteries in the sun.

Our apartment at casares del sol was first class !!!

We had every thing a family required , it was really home from home. The resort was quiet and calming with a great pool and a very clean and well maintained enviroment. My family truly had a great time.

I would recommend hiring a car, it is too far to walk any where because of the heat. Although the local taxi service is very efficient. The local restaurant is excellent.

Notes on accommodation: This is a no smoking apartment. The air-conditioning units can be used to cool or heat the rooms. The property is managed by a business local to Casares del Sol who are English speaking to welcome you on arrival and answer queries. Outside: South facing terrace overlooking lovely Gardens and Pools. Table and 4 chairs, 2 loungers. There is a shared pool (19m diameter) and children's pool, both are fenced with sun loungers, parasols, showers, WC's and lifeguard. Boule court and Putting Green in the gardens. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed Linen and towels (bath) are included for your convenience. Laundry is cleaned after your holiday, and the apartment will be cleaned upon your departure. Bed linen can be changed during your stay for an extra charge.

Lovely apartment in prime spot

Had great week at this apartment. Spacious, airy, well equipped with a large terrace overlooking the garden.

NIck and the agents that look after the apartment were very helpful. Nick let us stay until later ithe afternoon on our final day as we had a late flight. Such a help with having a young child with us.

The car parking space underground is a bit tight, but plenty of off street parking near by..

We would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

Super accommodation in a beautiful part of Spain.

Everything you need in a safe and secure complex, extended patio with barbecue was a real bonus.

Washing machine in the apartment meant we could travel light and the area is an ideal base for a holiday which in our case was a golfing break.

Lots of quality golf courses, restaurants and bars at the local harbour.

Definitely coming back next year.

Lovely apartment with great terrace which gets the sun for most of the day. We loved it here!

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Casares Del Sol. The development is very well maintained with lovely gardens and great pools. The kids particularly loved the small pool which was always warm and very safe. The apartment is well positioned with a great outlook over the pool and gardens and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine every morning!

We love this part of the Costa Del Sol as it is less developed and quieter than further along the coast, but there is still plenty for families to do and see. The golf club across the road from the apartment serves fab pizzas and is really family-friendly with super friendly staff. A short drive down the road (or 15 minute walk along the path) is the fabulous La Sal beach restaurant with amazing views and the best Gambas Pil Pil we have had! Puerto de la Dequesa and Estapona are short drives too with fantastic beaches and restaurants to enjoy.

We definitely hope to return to Casares Del Sol again and would highly recommend it.

A real calm, relaxing and hassle free resort

Our apartment at casares del sol was first class !!!

We had every thing a family required , it was really home from home. The resort was quiet and calming with a great pool and a very clean and well maintained enviroment. My family truly had a great time.

Great apartment

Great apartment in lovely well maintained grounds. Very spacious sun terrace and quiet so very relaxing. Despite going in the middle of school summer holidays the pool area was never too busy and we were always able to find a sun lounger. Lovely bar at the golf resort across the road. Only downside was the very tight car parking space underground but there is ample parking outside. Would recommend, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Casares beach is a 10 min walk from the apartment along an off road footpath. Or a 2 min drive with car park at the beach. A sandy beach which is safe for sunning and bathing. Or hire a lounger and parasol for a small fee.There are several beach bars for eating and refreshments.

You can walk from Casares beach to the beach at Sabinillas and abit further to Duquesa beach and marina. Or you a short drive will find many these and many other beaches, Estepona (6km), Sotogrande (12km), Puerto Banus (17km), Marbella (18km). Drive as far as Tarifa (50km) where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, it has long sandy beaches, and is the kite surfing hotspot.

Changeover Day: Arrival and departure days are flexible. Arrival and departure times must be provided at least 4 weeks before holiday.

Damages: Accidents happen, so if you break an item within the apartment, please replace with something similar. If we find that the apartment or items within the apartment are damaged more than normal 'wear and tear', you will be invoiced for the cost of correcting the damage.

Notes on Rates: Prices are in UK pounds. Book for 2 weeks for a 10% discount on the booking price. Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen and towels and normal cleaning on departure. We ask you to leave the apartment tidy with rubbish removed on departure. Please note that if the apartment cleaning can not be completed in the 'normal' allotted, you will be charged for the extra time required to maintain our standards for our next holiday makers.
