Penthouse in residential area near the Parador of Nerja. Close to the heart of the town, the Balcon de Europa and to Nerja's best beach Burriana. A car is not needed as there everything you need is within walking distance, restaurant's, cafeterias, supermarkets and laundry etc. An ideal place to spend the winter as there is central heating in the whole of the apartment. Nerja is also just 1.3hr away from the Sierra Nevada Ski resort for those people who enjoy winter sports. Also Nerja offers the perfect opportunity to Scuba Dive with a Local Dive center and at the Underwater Nature Reserve which we have within a 20 mins. drive or a 10 mins. boat ride away. There are a lot of tennis courts available for hire at the near by Parador Hotel. Nerja has a Natural Park which is prefect for those people who like to walk and explore the country side, as well as specialized tour companies which can organize your trip through the country side.

Outside: This small community has a swimming pool that is approx. 20 x 6 meters and a children's pool. There is also a BBQ area in the garden which is available for the use of all the residents and guests Utility Room: Washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The bed linen and towels are included, they are changed once a week. additional maid service can be offered at the clients convenience and cost. Other: The large private solarium has ample seating and longers.
