On the East coast of Ibiza, this very pleasant villa is perfect for families and friends who enjoy relaxing with sunshine, swimming pool and sea close at hand.

On a hillside facing onto the sea, nestled between a pine wood and its fruit orchard and gardens with a private drive Can Toni is the perfect getaway home.

The main house has a large open plan lounge, dining area kitchen and Covered dining terrace. The master bedroom has large windows to behold the orchard and en suite bathroom.

The twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is perfect for singles or children. The covered terrace is perfect for dining together with a sea view, seating for 8 and overlooks the swimming pool.

The guest house is very pleasant with a large French window open plan dining, living area and kitchenette and bathroom. It also has a breakfast area which overlooks the swimming pool which gets sun all day.

The casita (guest house) is a house apart from the main house. It has its own dining area outside overlooking the swimming pool and parking. There is a double bed, a private lounging area with 2 sofas, kitchen, dining table inside and bathroom.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Toni. We choose the location because we wanted our stay to be as quiet as possible yet to be within reach of great food, culture and a beach if we wanted. We spent the whole month there whilst hosting many friends and family, the property was perfect for young families, clubbers and nature lovers. It was amazing to be able to wake up each morning, eat breakfast on the veranda and see the sea. Total bliss.

Other lovely beaches within 5 minutes drive: Cala Boix, Cala Pou des Lleo, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Es Figural, Aguas Blancas. All these beaches have sparkling crystal clear water and gently sloping fine sand into the sea.

Further Details:

There is a cute little beach bar on Cala Mastella beach and a well known seafood restaurante ´Bigotes´ just around the corner. There are many other good local restaurants serving seafood, paella and International dishes many also serve an excellent value menu of the day. In San Carlos village you will find banks, a chemist, mini market, also The Hippy Market with nightly events live music & DJs, (tapas) bars, play park and a lovely community atmosphere. In Es Cana there is a big sandy beach with water sports, lots of entertainment with a fun fair, play park, discos, a variety of different restaurants. My favourite town on Ibiza is full of colourful shops, restaurants, people and lovely town center with fountain and new tree lined avenue leading down to the Passeo Maritimo with its beautiful sandy beach and marina. There are 2 big supermarkets, one which is closer to Cala Mastella and both are open 7 days a week.

To reserve the villa we ask you to make a bank transfer of 50% of rental price is required as a deposit, then a copy of transfer is to be emailed as proof. When the funds arrive in the bank account, confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you. The remaining €50% is to be paid in cash on arrival. A returnable security deposit of € 1,500 or Sterling 1,200 cash is held in case of breakage or damage at property.

  • Notes on accommodation: It´s a great peaceful property set in beautiful gardens with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere and perfect surroundings. There is sunshine all day and it is close to a few beaches, 5 minutes drive from San Carlos village, 15 minutes from Santa Eulalia and 30 minutes from Ibiza Town. It is so pleasant and relaxed that many guests stay here rather in than go to the beach or out to restaurants. Outside: A lovely gravel drive leading up to the villa and a shaded parking area. The large 10m by 5m swimming pool with sunbathing area is perfectly placed for sun all day and has the villa to one side and a pine wood the other. There is a charming built in BBQ and Pizza oven close to the main kitchen and covered dining area. The studio with its table & chairs has views to the sea and the swimming pool. The fruit orchard bearing figs,plums, lemons & oranges & grapefruit & cherries is a favourite with guests who enjoy drinking fresh juice. Utility Room: 2 utility rooms: 1 dishwasher 2 Fridge Freezer and swimming pool toys Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All villa towels, beach towels and linen are included in the price. The villa will be cleaned at the end of each week. There is also garden and pool maintenance.
