Fabulous, bright, modern southfacing 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in quiet surroundings with spectacular panoramic views of the beach, the town, the port and the Mediterranean with Gibraltar and Africa on the horizon. L-shaped terrace. Sleeps 2-3.

The amenities include, large secluded swimming pool set within well cared for communal gardens, paddle pool, play area, gymnasium and secure private underground parking from where there is direct access to the apartment by lift. There is also off-street parking outside the main entrance. The complex is gated and has two pedestrian entrances plus the garage entrance. The rear gate of the complex backs on to a pedestrian walkway and a beautiful park. Restaurants, bars and shops are on your doorstep. The main fixtures include: High quality comfortable furniture, air conditioning (cold and hot), double-glazing on all windows, 32” LED HD TV, DVD player, FREE WIFI. Smoking is not permitted. Please ask about suitability for very young children.

Liselotte and Olav from Denmark: We arrived 2nd Feb and left 12th Apr. We enjoyed very much this wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 2 persons and extra room, if small family. Slept very well in the bed which is of high quality.The welcome by Diana and Adolfo was extraordinary and we were surpriced by the well equipped kitchen and with all the extras in the fridge and other closets.

Also the brightness and airy space in the flat was very much apreciated. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with amazing views most mornings. Have already booked 8 weeks for next year, as we also fell in love with the town of Estepona and it's surroundings.

Looking forward to be back.

Fiona and David from London: The apartment is as good and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. Everything that we wanted or needed was within walking distance, only needed to use the car to drive to some of the mountain villages and the amazing Picasso Museum in Malaga. Definitely we will come back.

Beautiful Estepona, Outstanding Balcones Del Mar

From the moment we were met by Adolfo, who walked us to and through this stunning apartment, we knew we'd chosen correctly. The apartment has everything that's required and more. Comfortable, clean, spacious, well equiped and a balcony view second to none. We would recommend this apartment and Estepona to anyone. We hope to return one day.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is immaculate with wonderful views across the sea with Gibraltar in the distance. The location couldn't be better with easy access to both the Marina & the beautifully restored Old Town. The facilities provided include everything you need for a truly relaxing stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Super property & great location

Super property, very well equipped and in a really great location close to the Marina & the "Paseo" (prom). A warm welcome from Alfredo who gave us a tour of the property explaining as he went, and it was also a lovely idea to leave a welcome pack of a those essentials that mean you don't have to rush to the shops. The parking space was appreciated too altho' we only used the car a couple of times as you really don't need a car here.

Just a shame that you're booked out for our return in the New Year but that shows you what a special property you have.

Fantastic apartment!

Had a lovely couple of weeks in August, apartment is perfect great location, pool area is ideal for kids, we are hoping to rebook for next summer! We were met on arrival and given all the information we could need, fantastic service, location and Estepona itself is beautiful.

Lovely accomadation

Lovely apartment with great views and 2 mins walk to beach and amenities. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped with very comfortable beds. Communication with owners Diana and Adolfo was excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Estepona is a fishing village that has grown into a desirable cosmopolitan beach resort, yet still maintains its Spanish character. Located at the foothills of Sierra Bermeja mountain it has a historic centre of cobbled streets & beautiful squares, fishing port, sports marina plus glorious sandy beaches. Local amenities include museums, open air activities in the iconic bull ring, an orchidarium, street markets, pedestrian shopping streets & a wide selection of bars, beach bars & local and international restaurants. Málaga & Gibraltar airports are under an hour's drive away. Sotogrande and Marbella are less than half an hour's drive away. You can take day excursions to the North of Africa, Sevilla, Granada, Ronda or visit the beautiful mountain "White Villages".

Further Details:

The Costa del Sol's most westerly resort, Estepona lies more than half way along the coastline between Gibraltar and Malaga and is 25 kilometres west of Marbella. The North of Africa is a short ferry crossing from the nearby port of Algeciras. Nature reserves like Sierra Bermeja, Los Alcornocales, Sierra de las Nieves and Los Pedregales surround the Estepona area. Typical inland white mountain villages, such as Casares, Gaucin, Jimena de la Frontera and Monda, are also well worth a visit.

In Estepona town there are excellent shopping facilities including supermarkets, hypermarket, boutiques, and an array of local shops, restaurants & cafes in the charming pedestrian streets. There is a street market every Wednesday and a bustling Sunday market in the Marina.

In Puerto Banus, some 17 km away, you can marvel at some of the most luxurious yachts on the Mediterranean. It also has many exclusive boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars, plus a cinema complex, shopping centre and department store.

Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park is a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

The apartment occupies a privileged position on the top floor of a gated complex situated in a quiet, secure area, overlooking Estepona town and the beach and with all amenities close by. Approximately 100 metres from the beach and an easy 10 minute stroll to the fishing port and marina or the historic town centre of whitewashed houses and cobbled streets. Some of the best tapa bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.
