Hi, we are Tony and Linda and we would like to introduce you to our apartment in the heart of Benidorm. We have travelled to Benidorm many times, and continue to love it, so we decided to buy a place of our own and now we would like to share it with you. This is our third year of renting and we like to think we have done something right, as the comments we have received have been amazing. We pride ourselves in offering a fantastic modern apartment for you to relax and enjoy your well earned holiday. Ideal and very close to town and beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. There were essentials in the apartment when we arrived; bread, water, milk, tea etc. Very gratefully appreciated. Had a family of five and there was plenty of space for us, to live there comfortably. The pool was nice and had enough space to lounge around. The only issue was the hill you had to walk up, to get to the apartment. It was tough at times but that was mostly due to the fact that we had a toddler with us. Very close to the beach 5-10 walk max. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. There was also a supermarket very nearby, about two minutes walk. Bar One ,near the burger king by the beach, was very cheap for drinks and very good customer service. Vagabonds in the old town was amazing. You had to take a bus to get there, but definitely worth the the trip. The food was delicious and the people working there couldn't have been kinder. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Wow

Lovely apartment, very welcoming, bread, water and milk waiting for us, lovely view. Could not ask for more. One draw back, at the very top of a steep hill but did not stop us enjoying our selves. Would definatly use again.

Lovely apartment

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Easily accommodated the 5 of us.

Everything we needed was there, from hairdryers, to iron to sunhats. The hydro shower was good too.

what a great place

We have just come back from a fantastic week in Benidorm. The apartment is just lovely, exceptionally clean and cared for, the homely touches like the beach toys, toiletries and hats were great, the kids enjoyed wearing the hats, so much so we all had to buy some to bring home. The location was great for us, just a short walk down to the seafront, we're a young (ish) family so had no problem with the slight incline to the apartment. It was good exercise after eating and drinking the local cuisine. Would recommend the Yorkshire prides and the island view cafe on the seafront. Lots to do and see, went on coach trip to Guadalest, sightseeing round the old town and horse riding, just 10 mins drive away. All in all a brilliant time had by all. Hope to return another year. From the Owner

We both love Spain, Benidorm and the Levante Beach area - we feel it has something to offer for young and old, it is all here and more besides!

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

It is a steady 10 minute stroll to the famous Levante Beach. We have additional beaches a little further away for you to explore.

Travel:

Benidorm's nearest airport is Alicante, this is approximately 45 minutes drive away. There are various ways to transfer from airport to resort, from very reasonable in price to private taxis which will cost you a little more. We can give help and advice for guests in this respect if they so wish.

Distances:

We are a short stroll to the beach and all shops bars, restaurants etc are on the beach front and beyond. Approximately 30 minutes walk away is Benidorm's beautiful old town, not to be missed on your stay.

Further Details:

We have local supermarkets, chemists 2 minutes from the apartment, a little further (10 minutes) is the famous Rincon indoor market. All banks etc in abundance can be found close by.

All we require on booking is a £100 non returnable deposit to secure your dates. The remaining monies are due approximately six weeks before you are due to travel, together with a £100 bond, which will be returned once the apartment checked and keys returned safely to us. (keys to be returned at guests' cost)
Please note: We do provide a very generous allowance for utilities used during your stay, however if we feel this has been abused in any way then a charge will have to be incurred.



Changeover Day:
We are very flexible with our changeover days - all our guests can arrive and leave at their leisure without worrying about hanging around by the pool!

Benidorm is a fantastic place, but anyone who has returned after a while away will be amazed at the size it has become - to get a sea view is a real bonus and that is what we have in our location, we are so lucky. We are so near to all amenities, and the night life is second to none, but our apartment is tucked away where you are guaranteed a quiet peaceful nights sleep, again a real bonus!

  • Notes on accommodation: We offer a non-smoking clean apartment, sorry no stag or hen parties. There is a lift in the apartment block, but we are a 7th floor apartment, and situated on a hill, and therefore we feel that for some our accommodation may not be suitable. Outside: Within the complex we have a shared pool area, children's play area, gardens and a restaurant/coffee bar for your convenience. There is also a small shop for those last minute essentials. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We offer our guests full use of all linens and towels (excluding beach). Our prices are fully inclusive of your end of stay clean. For longer stays our guests have the choice of extra maid service at a local charge and can be easily arranged.
