A modern newly refurbished two bedroom apartment in a residential area. The apartment is light with a balcony overlooking a delightful park There is a lift to this first floor flat. As the apartment is a three minute walk from Surbiton Station a car is not essential to get into London. The apartment is well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable holiday home, from the white leather sofa and large tv and wifi in the reception room to the Egyptian cotton sheets in the bedrooms and the modern fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

We are a semi retired couple and live close to this lovely property. We maintain it to a very high standard. It is really well placed for all services and has great facilities.We have enjoyed equipping it with top quality fittings from the Egyptian cotton bedding to the large screen TV.

“Great apartment, great location and great value”

This apartment suited us very well and was in good condition with all the facilities we needed. Being on the first floor, with a balcony and looking into trees it seemed to me to the best positioned in the block. Very near to Surbiton Station with fast trains to London, and with coffee bars and shops at hand it was ideal for us. We have stayed in Surbiton before, in Hotels and Guest Houses but this apartment gave us more space and independence and being so much more relaxing it is much better value. I would definitely hope to stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

“Excellently presented and superbly located”

We stayed at the flat over a weekend to meet up and say farewell to friends before parting to New Zealand.

We had a super time here.

The flat was perfect, beautifully presented and had everything we needed.

We were delighted to find a very lovely quality 'welcome pack' - and all the essentials for self catering were present negating the need to bring a box of tea, coffee, cling film etc. from home!

It was perfectly big enough for 6 including children but would be ample for 4 adults.

It was perfectly positioned, walking distance from the Thames, Surbiton Station and Waitrose! what more can you ask.

“Excellent flat in a good location.”

We were very happy with the flat which was well decorated and comfortable. We had everything that we needed and the owner was very approachable. It is in a great location, very close to the a High a Street and it's shop and station. Also easy access to major roads and Kingston.

“Convient two bedroom near surbiton high street”

I stayed in the Viceroy for two weeks in December. The inside has been updated to a high standard. the kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated. The bedroom has a large armoire that had ample room. The walk to the station is just 2 minutes and there is a Waitrose right on the way home from the station. there are two lovely Italian restaurants nearby, one on Maple road and one at the end of the high street. The Pices Fish by the station has fish and Chips is also quite nice. Maple Road also have several higher end pubs and a nice French Table restaurant that is good and reasonably priced - for a French restaurant. There is a lockbox for the key so it was easy to arrive and leave on my schedule.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment was recently refurbished, it is spread over one floor with lift access. The bathroom floors are tiled with under floor heating, the rest of the flat has new carpets. We also have 1)another 2 bed Apartment in Surbiton. See Adelaide Rd , KT6 4SU. Outside: Situated in a fantastic position. Residents have access to the park over the road with bench seating and a few minutes walk to the paths along the River Thames. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included. The property is cleaned weekly. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES

Excellent property, great location, well equipped.

We had a brilliant visit and really enjoyed the apartment. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Despite a seemingly main road in front of the building, we found it a quiet place to stay. Waitrose is 2 mins walk away, the station is 3 mins walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment.

Home away from home.

Excellent location for travel to London. Flat is well layed out and was very clean. Well equipped with modern appliances. Best London shower I have experienced. Pleasant outlook from living room and main bedroom. On fairly busy road (bus stops at door) but no disturbance from traffic noise.

Lovely flat close to Surbiton station

We spent a lovely 10 days in this flat in Surbiton, just minutes from the train station. Martin and Joyce are wonderful hosts and very kind. Everything you could need is right out the front door. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Turks and Caicos

Lovely stay in convenient location

My husband and I and two adult sons stayed in this flat for 3 weeks from January 21 until February 11, 2016. The flat was comfortable and in a very convenient location. The bus stops were right outside the door and the Surbiton train station a five minute walk. It was very convenient to take the train to Waterloo station, about 25 minutes.

My sons and I often walked into Kingston. There is a lovely scenic walkway along the Thames into Kingston, a short walk from the flat. Waitrose was less than a 5 minute walk and Sainsburt's was also easily accessible. My husband has mobility issues so he would cross the street and take a short bus ride into Kingston and meet us there.

I would highly recommend this flat for a vacation base.

Half term break

We had a wonderful stay.the only problem we had was we were a bit far out.it did only take 20 mins to get to Waterloo but we bought oyster cards and couldn't use they in rush hour with out paying lots extra as they are capped after a certain amount.

Owner's Response: Hi, many thanks for your review. Travel in the rush hour is more expensive however we do recommend purchasing a Visitors Oyster card as this gives discounted rates to attractions and venues and many 2 for 1 deals. See the tfl web site. It is not possible to buy a Visitor Oyster once you are in London.
