A well appointed apartment in the peaceful yet centrally located complex of Regal Park.

This self-service apartment measures 101.57 sq.m. It has 2 large balconies. The front balcony has its own ceiling fan and is 7m long facing the swimming pools and landscaped garden. We have 2 private sun beds for our guests to enjoy poolside. The entire complex and all 3 swimming pools are well maintained daily by Regal Park's friendly staff.

Restaurants, Shops, Bars, Internet cafes, Chemists/Pharmacies, Banks, Laundry, ATMs, Newtons & Delfino’s Supermarkets are within 3 minutes walking distance while Candolim Beach is just 7 minutes walking distance. Calangute & Baga Beaches are about 8 to 12 minutes drive.

Taxis and scooter rental are readily available outside the complex gate. Our driver Alan can also be hired for any trips or tours at reasonable rates. Panjim (Goa’s capital) is 20 minutes drive and the Airport is approx 45 minutes to 1 hour drive.

Our second floor apartment has a master bedroom with queen bed and electronic safe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have a large Lounge/dining room, bathroom with geyser and a large kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to do your own cooking.

Bedrooms & lounge have separate air-conditioners, ceiling fans and 32 inch TV's with satellite showing Star sports, HBO & many English channels . Enjoy usage of desktop computer with FREE Wi-FI/INTERNET.

We are a retired couple and we love sunny weather and lovely Goan beaches. This property is located in the prestigious Regal Park Complex. It is close to all amenities and just seven minutes walking distance to Candolim Beach. We have furnished this property with all the luxuries one can think of. We hope you to take care of our apartment and enjoy it as much as we do. Have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

D-5 is the best of the apartments we have stayed in. Stylishly furnished with high quality throughout.

The provision of the mobile telephone is a particularly useful touch, as is the wi-fi / computer provision.

This is our second visit to Candolim and our first time staying at Regal Park. We have rented many apartments in many countries as it is our preferred type of accommodation. Apt. D5 is by far the best apartment we have stayed at. Nicely furnished and extremely clean. Regal Park D5 has a fabulous complex and an excellent location with all amenities within walking distance. Special thanks to Kishor and his staff, Angela, Alan, and property manager Remy for a wonderful stay. We will definitely make the long trek to come back again. C U soon!

We spent almost 6 weeks here and everything was perfect. Great complex, ideal location, and a beautiful apartment. Kishor was extremely helpful and very easy to contact, and Angela was always happy and friendly. We have already booked for 2016 - what more can I say ?

Kishor and his team could not have looked after us better during our stay in Goa. I have visited Goa numerous times and this is by far the best accomodation we have stayed in. The apartment was clean and modern with excellent facilities TVs, internet, A/C in lounge and bedrooms full kitchen and on and on...........Location is just of the main Candolim Road so central for the beach, shopping and of course eating out. The grounds are quiet with well kept gardens and pools of which the apartment has 2 private sun loungers. My only disappointment with this apartment is that I wasn't quick enough to book again for next year and feel that that it will be a hard act to follow.

Nearest Airport : Dabolim Goa at 39 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Mango Grove, Gato Loco, Bambino Bamboo at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Train : Thivim Railway Station at 21 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Fisherman Cove, Seafood Palace, Mughal Palace at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Candolim Beach at 0.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Candolim Beach is a 7 minute walk. The beaches of Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator and more are accessible by scooter or taxi The beaches have sun loungers, food and drinks available. Water sports like parasailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing, boat riding etc are also available at the beaches. There is a variety of night entertainment at the various bars, night clubs and restaurants

Travel:

The journey takes approx 45 minutes to 1 hour from Dabolim Goa airport to the Regal Park complex.

Our driver Alan can be hired for arranging any local tours or airport pick-up/drop off at reasonable rates.

Distances:

Dabolim Airport – 45 minutes to 1 hour by car.

Candolim beach – 7 minutes walk.

Calangute Beach – 10 minutes by bike/car.

Baga Beach – 11 minutes by bike/car

Wednesday Flea Market at Anjuna – 22 minutes by bike/car.

Saturday Night Market – 22 minutes by bike/car.

Panjim City – 15 minutes by bike/car.

Further Details:

*Taxis, scooters are amply available and can be hired at reasonable rates.

*Trips can be taken to see different types of wildlife like tigers, crocodiles, elephants, monkeys etc.

*Trips are available to visit waterfalls, spice plantations, churches of old goa, temples and many other places of interest.

All trips or tours can be arranged through our driver Alan. Alan provides a comfortable full size SUV for any travel within Goa. Simply arrange with him and pay him directly.

*Many multi cuisine restaurants, bars, liquor shops, beauty salons, yoga classes, ayurvedic massage parlours, chemists, money changers, banks, supermarkets, gifts shops, internet cafes, Bank ATMs, are in close proximity (just 2 to 3 minutes walk) from Regal Park complex.

*The shops in the market sell all kind of beach wear, clothes and various curios.

*Night clubs are open till the early hours of the morning (seasonal)

Bookings are for a minimum of one week. During X-mas, New year 2 weeks booking is minimum. If there is availability short stay (any number of days) can be booked between changeover days. 30% non refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A £50 returnable deposit for keys and breakage is payable on arrival which will be returned on departure. Discount is given for the booking of over 3 weeks. Please ask for details.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days, arrival and departure times are flexible . Check in time is at 2 p.m. and check out time is 12.00 noon, but we can be flexible with prior notice and if the apartment is vacant on that day.

The prices are in UK Pounds. Prevailing exchange rates are applicable if payment is done in any other currency. INR (Indian Rupees) payment is also accepted. We offer special discounts from May to September. Please contact for details

  • Notes on accommodation: Our high end luxurious apartment is tastefully furnished for your comfortable & pleasant stay. Adult supervision is required for children in pools and balconies. We have installed inverter also so that you will never be in dark when there is a power cut which is rare. We have 2 private sun loungers with sun umbrellas at the pool facing our apartment exclusively for our guests apart from common shared sun loungers. We provide free usage of mobile phone. Top up for cheap calls at any local phone shop. Free usage of Desktop computer with internet. Free wifi. Wheelchair access: No Pets allowed: No Smoking allowed: No Outside: There are sun loungers with cushions and umbrellas with tables all around 3 pools. Each pool has an outside shower for your use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are supplied for 4 people except beach towels (beach towels can be bought locally at reasonable prices). As part of our services the maid Angela comes twice a week to clean. The linen/towels are changed once a week. Other: The front balcony faces 3 pools and garden. The apartment has an hairdryer, iron, iron board and a clothes drying stand. All windows & doors to the balconies are fitted with mosquito nets. A 24 hours power back for lights, fans and TVs is available.
