Lovely Bright, Modern Apartment. In a Very Pretty Pueblo Style Gated Complex, Nr all Amenities, 5 Min From Beach, Ideal for Couples

Our one bedroom apartment with large South/South Westerly facing sheltered balcony offers a relaxing, peaceful break away. Offering beautiful sea views from above the pan tiled roof tops. (4th floor up) A perfect getaway for couples. It is in the well known gated complex of Pueblo Evita, and has so much to offer for a fantastic holiday. Air Conditioned / Heated. Great location for exploring the area by car, bus or train.

We have a spacious open plan lounge with comfortable L shaped sofa and relaxing chair, large flat screen TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker,fridge freezer, washing machine.

The lounge leads out onto the large balcony with a relaxing rattan sofa set, table and chairs with seat cushions and BBQ. With a modern sail to offer shade. Enjoying all day sun until early evening. Ideal for relaxing al fresco.

The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, with kingsize bed and secure french doors. The bathroom is in the centre of the apartment with a full size bath and overhead shower.

There are 3 pools, the Main Pool with Bar and Restaurant, a Roof Top Pool and Snack Bar(Jun-Sep) an Indoor pool ( winter months). We are on the 4th floor of the hillside block and just steps away from the Indoor pool / Jacuzzi and the Roof terrace. Please note that there are no lifts in Pueblo Evita.

This is our own holiday home and we make every effort to keep it in perfect condition, our main goal is for our guests to be able to feel comfortable and relax. Our caretaker Terence is fantastic and keeps the apartment spotlessly clean. He will meet you on arrival outside reception and show you to the apartment whilst helping with your luggage

There is an onsite restaurant offering Breakfast / Lunch / A la Carte Evening meals, and daily specials menus such as a BBQ, Paella, Seafood etc... * All provided all year round. * An Animator is onsite each week day offering activities for all ages.

Also on site is Sam's bar with home cooking, early breakfasts, lunches, evening meals, nightly entertainment, games room, pool tables and Sky Sports.

There are numerous bars and plenty of restaurants just outside the complex including, Tapas bars, Steak houses, Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai, English etc... The seafront is a 10 minute stroll with a large variety of restaurants and bars. Arroyo is also 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants offering different cuisines and a great village atmosphere.

SHOPS: there is a small grocery shop onsite, across the road you will find a large supermarket, very varied with an in-store bakery, fish and butchers counters and a good toiletry / beauty section for the extra creams you didn't pack in your hand luggage!!

You will find that you are really in a great location for getting around on foot, a short stroll down Avenida Palmeras (Palm Tree Avenue) takes you to the beach and promenade lined with a vast array of eating places. Just around the corner is the Selwo Dolphinarium with a fantastic dolphin show, also very close to this is the picturesque Paloma Park with cafe's, play areas, lake, animals, bike rides, definitely worth a stroll for any age.

Within 15 mins is the lovely town of Arroyo de la Miel with tapas, markets, shops, Tivoli World theme park, Telerifico - the Cable Car to the peak of Monte Calamorro, with Bird Sanctuary and show, Star Gazing in peak season. The Train Station is also in Arroyo.

Benalmadena Marina with highly acclaimed restaurants and night life is a 20 min walk along the beachfront, as is the Sea Life Centre and many boat trips.

Bus stops and taxi stand are 5 min walk away.

A perfect base for exploring the Costa Del Sol.

Try a bus ride into Malaga for a cultural visit or just great Tapas, the bus station is perfectly positioned for the museum quarter. Or catch a bus up to the pretty Benalmadena Pueblo for a relaxing stroll and Tapas.

The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility problems due to the many steps that go with being on the 4th floor. It is however more than worth the effort for the peace and quiet and fantastic views over the pan tile roofs to the sea! *** There are no lifts in the complex.***

We provide a personal meet and greet service on your arrival, our fantastic caretaker Terence will meet you outside reception and show you to the apartment.

All linen and bathroom towels are provided for use solely inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony.

WiFi can be obtained via. Reception for a fee.

Note : Roaming fees have been dropped Jun 2017.

Although we are flexible with our check in days to help get you the best flights, we hope you will appreciate that we cannot leave large un-bookable gaps between our guests, especially peak season, and may ask that you be a little flexible if possible.

PAYMENT: VIA Bank transfer through owner, or Online payments plus service fee.

A Security / Damages bond of £100 is also required at payment of balance.

This is returned to you within 10 days subject to a departure check by our caretaker.

A cleaning fee will apply to all bookings.

Please note that this is a privately owned apartment within the complex of Pueblo Evita. Reception are more than happy to help re. the resort but Terence is the caretaker of our apartment.

Facilities / WiFi / Sky Tv and Usage of Pools are all subject to the discretion of the Pueblo Evita management. Indoor / Outdoor Pools will be open dependant on weather.

Hello! We are the Wardell's - Jeff and Rachel, we live in North Yorkshire with our two children, 2 dog's and rabbit! We have been holidaying in Benalmadena for the past 16 years as a family and Jeff for the past 30 years as his parents had an apartment in the same area. We decided that it was time to buy our own holiday home to get to Spain more often! There is so much to do in and around Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel that we never get bored and neither do the kids! It is such a good base for exploring the Costa del Sol by car, we love going to Malaga and Gibraltar or just up into the hills, there is so much to see you are really spoilt for choice. We enjoy 3-4 holidays a year in the apartment and are constantly updating things to keep the apartment in tip top condition and as comfortable and well equipped as possible - like a home from home.

We bought the apartment in this complex because there is so much to offer, you can make the holiday relaxing or fun packed!, it is in a great location and the excellent transport services make it easy to get to from Malaga Airport, there are flights every day to choose from. When we land we just hop on a train and get off in Arroyo / Benalmadena, go for a drink and Tapas in Plaza Espana and then wander down to the apartment - instant relaxation! If you know the area it is an easy walk from the train station. Otherwise it is easier by taxi!

What makes this apartment unique

Our balcony is our favourite part of the apartment, it is the perfect sheltered suntrap for the winter months, even when we visit at Christmas or in Feb we can have our breakfast outside and enjoy the sun all day long. Weather permitting!! We love having the peace and quiet that goes with being above it all on the 4th floor.

We love to see a mountain or a sea view, and the unique selling point for us was the amazing roof terrace with pool, it is beautiful! looking over Benalmadena and Avenida de Palmeras (Palm Tree Avenue)to the sea, and watching the sun go down behind the mountains in the west with an obligatory glass of Rioja!

Lovely apartment - highly recommended.

We stayed from 8-14 May and had an amazing time in this lovely apartment. Lovely views from the large private balcony, we enjoyed sitting out with coffee at breakfast with views of the sea and having the last drink of the day enjoying the evening night. Friendly face awaited our arrival to show us to the apartment. There was also a very helpful folder full of information. A short walk down to the water front, where there are many bars and restaurants and another short walk to the marina. We found it easy to get around by bus or train to Mijas, Fuengirola and Malaga. We would highly recommend this apartment. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again to Rachel.

well located

The steps to the apt keep you fit and during June - Aug when the pool above the apt is open it would work well but a long walk at other times to the (main) pool area. Not sure this is covered in the detail. The apt would benefit from some sun loungers on the lovely terrace. An enjoyable stay nonetheless

Has everything you need

Despite the rainy weather ( which was most unusual for here) we had a lovely stay. Beautiful large patio and fantastic view. No elevator and many stairs being 4 floors up which we knew about however in addition to the view you are very close to the upper indoor pool, hot tub, and a huge rooftop patio area with 2 large outdoor pools and lots of seating. The apartment was lovely with comfortable well appointed furniture. The TV has 5 English stations including a movie channel, a DVD player and movies which came in so handy on those rainy days. The location is excellent being midway between the town, seaside and the upper village where the train station is. There is also a large lovely park within a 10 minute walk with beautiful gardens, play areas for the kids, a nice café, farm animals and lots of chickens, pigeons and even a peacock.

Car: not necessary

Excursions can be booked at reception or nearby agent.

These range from trips to Gibralter, Horse Riding, Go Karting, Fishing, Dolphin spotting, Boat trips, Flamenco Night etc.

The Cable Car - TELERIFICO is a must, for the views and Bird Sanctuary, with Horse and Bird shows inc.


Benalmadena Beach is a 5 minute walk from apartment.

The award winning Benalmadena Marina is a 20 minute stroll along the promenade, with boat trips for fishing and dolphin spotting.


15 minute Taxi transfer from Malaga Airport. (25 euros )

15 minute Train link from Malaga Airport. (2 euros )

It takes approx 10 -15 minutes to walk down from the train station, or a 2 min Taxi ride for about 5 euros.

Buses run frequently to all nearby towns and attractions. The train goes from Fuengirola to Malaga and is very cheap and fast!.

All prices obviously subject to change.

Further Details:

A Tennis and paddle club is situated across the road next door to the supermarket.

Arroyo Leisure Centre has an indoor ice rink, indoor pool and various health facilities.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with many steps, not suitable for the infirm or those with mobility issues.

PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor pools are open for use from Apr - Oct, the indoor pool is available Nov - end Mar. The roof top pool is open Jun - Oct. All dates dependant on weather and at the discretion of the resort.

The apartment is ideal for couples and families of 3. NO GROUPS.

A standard cleaning charge of £35 will be applied per booking for two people. Extra guests will incur a laundry charge of £20. Please email for revised price

Changeover Day:

We like to be flexible to help you get the best flight deals. ALL THAT WE ASK is that you try to follow on from the previous booking if possible, or leave a FULL 7 night gap.

We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10.30am. Late departures may be able leave to luggage securely.

On a changeover day the apt. will be available from 2.30pm. Early arrivals on a changeover day will be met at their arrival time and able to leave luggage securely.
