The apartment is located a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the beautiful golden sandy beach at Praia da Luz. From the waterfront you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos. Algarve Estate Management will be happy to arrange these on your behalf, should you wish.


The complex is located 77 km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approximately 60 minutes and a taxi will cost in the region of 85 euros. For parties larger than four people, alternative travel arrangements can be made easily. Please ask for details when making a booking.


The apartment is ideally located within walking distance to the centre of Luz where a bus stops affording access to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape de St. Vincent, shops, supermarket, bars. Restaurants are close by and the historic town of Lagos with its walled old town and award winning Marina is a 15 minute drive away. All of the attractions can be booked through our representatives at AEM.

  • Notes on accommodation: Being on the ground floor the apartment is very suitable for children. This well appointed apartment offers accommodation rarely found at this price level. Representatives from Algarve Estate Management will greet you on your arrival and are contactable throughout your stay should you require any assistance. Inside the apartment you will find a welcome folder and other useful information. Please feel free to add your own tips and recommendations. For your peace of mind, smoke alarm, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, front door viewer and window locks have been fitted. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged, please ask for details. Outside: The lounge opens onto a large balcony which has fabulous sea views. There is a dining table 4 chairs for al fresco dining or just for soaking up the sun. There is a large pool and a children’s pool as well as beautifully maintained garden areas. This is free to the residents of the St James condominium. By the pools sun loungers + table/chairs are provided free of charge. The complex also has a children’s play area with swings, slides etc.
