Situated on the lovely complex of Benamara just a few minutes walk from the beach and the fabulous Salduna beach bar and restaurant.This apartment has two bedrooms,one double and one twin room, both have en suite facilities.

The large lounge/diner has a 3 seater settee plus 2 arm chairs, flat screen tv, music system, the fitted kitchen has elec cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, also a separate utility room with auto washing machine and boiler. The large terrace at the back has sun beds and table & 4 chairs

Hello, my name is Andrew Booth, I live in Norfolk in a village called Dersingham close to Sandringham with my Wife Vicky, I am now semi retired but have been in business all my life, my last business was an Off Licence and C/V store which I sold in 2000, amongst other things I started a Health & fitness club in Bedford as well as a Drain cleaning business in King's Lynn, all are still up and running today

My Wife and I bought our apartment off plan, when we first visited the site it was just full of builders and cement mixers, but we could see the potential and how lovely it was going to be, how right we were.

Clean. Well appointed and in a really quiet area

This is the perfect area for a relaxing stay. Close to the pool, beach and shops for all of your groceries. The A7 will take you down to Puerto Banus, Estapona or the mountain town of Ronda. San Pedro de Alcantara is just five minutes away with its vast array of restaurants and lovely beech front.

The apartment has all that you will need for a relaxing stay with a great terrace to eat and view the local gardens. We have come home fully rested and felt that we had a taste of the real Spain.

We have stayed in this property three times now... Says it all really... We love it and hope to return again soon... Walking distance of the beech and a few nice restaurants.. I would say picking up a car is essential at the airport.....

Very easy to find and very cosy once we got the heating sussed.

A very comfortable apartment in a lovely urbanisation.

The apartment was set in a very nice upmarket area, far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful. In the last week in February we were lucky enough to get good weather most of the time, though it was changeable. As mornings were cold we appreciated having a heat setting on the a/c. The apartment has everything we needed including a TV with some English channels, and a very large balcony. it was also spacious and well equipped enough for us to have friends for dinner. There are also several good restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, and a huge swimming pool on the complex, though it was too cold in February, and I'm sure the beach bar is impressive when it opens a little later in the season.

The only drawback we found was the very busy road which cuts through the whole area, though the apartment is not close to it so when in the apartment we didn't notice it.

The owner was very responsive and helpful during the booking process.

A very pleasant stay overall.

Our 2nd stay at this appartment and we still love it! Wonderful quite location and the best swimming pool I've every used! It's just 2 minutes away and children friendly - anyone looking to book a holiday for 4 people you don't have to look any further!!

Super appartement

We hebben genoten in dit mooie complex! Appartement is schoon, alles aanwezig en heerlijke bedden. Auto voor de trap parkeren, ideaal. Het zwembad is zelfs in hoogseizoen rustig en heel groot. Kids hebben genoten. Voor een mooi strand heb je de auto nodig, net zoals naar leuke eetplekjes en naar bv Mijas wat erg leuk is.

Kortom, Andrew, bedankt voor het gebruik van je appartement!
