There is off street parking and the gardens are completely enclosed and therefore child friendly. Utility Room: There is a covered BBQ set inside a purpose built room which opens up completely onto the patio and pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided. Coast/Beach:

There are 3 beaches within easy reach, with surfing schools and facilities. The beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo are a 5 minute drive, Amoreira is around 15 minutes drive. The local fishing is also very good but a local licence is necessary and available for a small fee. The local town of Aljezur is a short drive away with its beautiful castle, river and history.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest Airport: approx 125km away.

NB:A car is essential in this area. This can be arranged by us if required and can be collected at Faro Airport on arrival.

Distances:

The market town of Aljezur is 8km drive with it's 10th century hilltop moorish castle offering spectacular views and a variety of shops, cafes and bars. Located in the National park this is the perfect spot for bird watching, rambling other activities available nearby are horse riding, fishing and tennis.

Further Details:

A good base for relaxing or exploring what the West Coast has to offer but still within driving distance of Golf Courses, Children's Zoo, Water Parks and other holiday attractions. There are also lots of good restaurants.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Booking Notes:
25% deposit required on confirmation of booking with remainder payable 6 weeks before arrival at the villa.
A refundable deposit of €250 is payable on arrival, this will be returned within 7 days of departure provided villa and its contents are left in the condition it was let and there has been no over occupancy during the letting period. Cancellation of the booking must be made at least 8 weeks before the rental is due to commence or the deposit will be retained.

Changeover Day:
Rental periods run Saturday to Saturday, July & Aug, all other times are flexible.
Access is between 4pm & 7pm on day of arrival.
Property to be vacated before 10am on day of departure.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
