Numerous golf courses are within a 15/20 min distance.

About the Owner

Hi, We are a married couple ..Linda and Mark George who have lived in the Algarve for the past 10 years. Our apartment was bought from new and we take pride in the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of it so you can be assured of no nasty surprises! We meet and greet our clients and only live 10 mins away should you need us.

The decision to buy our Apartment in Armacao de Pera was an easy one for us...character. The town is not too big nor too and still retains the essential feeling of being a Portuguese fishing village. The fisherman still work of our gorgeous beach...one of the most natural in the Algarve It is only a genuine 8/10 walk to the beach from our apt which sits at the quieter end of town overlooking the nature reserve. Being at the centre of the Algarve it is an ideal spot for exploring our beautiful coast in either direction. Very close to major attraction like Zoomarine,Fiesa sand sculpture park and around 6/8 golf courses within a 20 klm radius. Because Armacao still has its fisherman the seafood found in the local restaurants is superb and prices are very reasonable when eating out.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

There is a Bird Sanctuary with Flamingos and many other birds just 5 min drive away. Great base for walking and hiking.....or just strolling along our 7 mile natural beach line.

Coast/Beach:

One of the most beautiful, unspoilt beaches in the Algarve... Armacao de Pera is only an 8 min walk from the apartment where you can still see the fishermen coming ashore with their catches. Also we are next to a nature reserve which is lovely walking.

Travel:

Faro is our local Airport and if coming by car is approx. 45 mins away. We can arrange airport transfers you if required.

Distances:

We are in the centre of the Algarve and so well placed for all Tourist attractions.

Booking is easy via this site and we would require 30 % deposit at the time of your booking transferred into our bank a/c. All emails will be promptly answered

Changeover Day:
Most of our bookings are Sat to Sat especially in July and August, however we will flexible and will endeavour to accommodate your enquiry.

Great Apt..Great Value for money. We would also negotiate on WINTER long term letting.

The apartment is situated to the east of town so affords nice views to the sea and over the nature reserve. It is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment but can easily sleep 4 by using the sofa bed. You have everything you would need to enjoy your stay i.e. satellite tv,dvd player, washing machine, microwave etc. The block has its own swimming pool and lawn which is well maintained and also offers you an underground car parking space. We have furnished it in a modern but homely style and it benefits from a very large balcony to enjoy breakfast or a Gin and Tonic on. Fresh clean bathroom towels and linen are supplied and if staying more than a week a full linen change is included. Note ...we do not supply beach towels.
